Should have at least put a time when you would be back. Did not pay for parking to just stand around not knowing when someone might be back from break to serve ice cream ... Update based on the response. It was two pretty unfriendly ladies working, did they both need to use the restroom at the same time? I saw them come back from this break laughing and giggling. If it was a restroom break maybe one could have went and the other could have managed the store.

The service is good here. The location is clean and public restrooms. The staff was professional and friendly. Sign up for the birthday club for a free small scoop. The seven layer bar ice cream was not that great. I’m sure the other flavors are good. Seven out of ten recommend.

Located in Sherman Oaks Galleria on 1st floor. What can I say? This brand is the best ice cream. What I loved most about this location was the creative mural on the wall. Hats off to the artiste ! Head over and support this business and admire the sketches on the wall. 😃

Unfortunately had a horrible experience here. Staff was standoffish, acted like getting one sample was annoying in an empty store. She then broke up the sample stick in the ice cream before giving me the scoop.

After I paid and walked a little bit away, I nearly choked on a spiky ice cream chunk(?) and pulled it out of my mouth to find that broken off piece of sample stick!! Why would you scoop from that same area? Also the cone was stuck to the wrapping paper, which I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried, so I had to either eat paper or throw the cone away. I did the latter.

Why did I leave tip? Probably because she moved the jar to the front as I paid....

Our normal go-to for ice cream cakes is Baskin Robbins... just because that's what we're used to. For my husband's 40th I decided to go for B&J because we always eat their ice cream at home. It was a huuuuuuuuge hit. Every single person commented on how good it was. It was fun to watch everyone try to guess the flavors (Golden blondie and tonight dough). There were no leftovers. Ever drop of the half sheet was consumed. Will definitely remember this for next time we need an...
