My friend and I stopped by here to grab dinner. I haven't ate at this BWW location since I was working in the Comerica Bank building back in 2015. I used to come every Tuesday for their lunch special. Tonight when I came, they weren't busy and the bar is still open seating. No waiter came to greet me so I saw you can just order from your phone which I did. When my friend joined, a waiter came and took our orders. I got the 10 piece traditional wings with medium sauce and lemon pepper. I also asked for ranch and just carrots. My friend got the boneless medium wings. It took a while for our food to come out and when it did it looked like they just pour the sauce all over the wings. The wings were kind of hard and not a lot of meat like before. The lemon pepper was also dried and wasn't that good. It took a while to flag down the waiter to get refill on our drinks but he was the only one working the bar and dine in area. I would recommend the Burbank location instead since the service is better if you sit at the bar. You validate your parking pass by yourself near the front.

I give it a one because there are no zero ratings, I went there yesterday with my family around 4:30pm. We stood by the entrance for 10 minutes, finally waved to a server. I asked If we could sit or they will sit us, he said "you can sit anywhere bro ". We found one of the cleaner tables and waited for 10 minutes and nobody assisted. I flagged a guy that was walking by and asked if he could help. He said:" your server will be here in a bit bro". I told my family I would give them 5 minutes and if nobody came, we would leave. I gave them 5 minutes and nobody came. I flagged the same server that told us to sit anywhere and asked for our server. He said " oh, give us ten more minutes because we are changing shifts". I told him " no thank you, we will take our business somewhere else, you guys need to improve on assistance and not calling customers "bro"", so we went to the Greek grill next door which had way better customer service since we walked in.

Reason for visiting: dinner with a buddy Date/time of visit: Monday night, ~9:00 PM Parking: in the adjacent parking structure, they should offer validation and should end up free. We parked across the street at lot for Public School (parking structure for Public school seems to be open with no gates); Public School was closing early so we walked across to BWW Party size: 2 Environment/ambience: pretty empty but still loud with the music and TVs on everywhere. All games on; good place for a game. No wait for seating. Service: great. Our server was fun and friendly.. and cute 😛. Food: Had the Ultimate Nachos with brisket and 20 wings dry, with sauce on the side; garlic parmesan and sweet BBQ. Also had an old fashioned with bullet and one green tea shot Cost: ~$115 with tip; bill was ~$94 but I left a $20 tip since the service was good!

My friends and I came here on a Friday night hoping to grab some food and chill. We were greeted promptly and asked if we wanted a booth or table. We waited a few minutes for a booth to be ready and then we were seated. We ordered our drinks and food and let the server know THREE times that we did not want pickles or tomatoes on a burger because every time we come to BWW, they always put them. We also let him know that we wanted to change our side order of seasoned fries to buffalo chips instead. We waited about 15 minutes to get our 4 waters and 3 drinks and an additional hour for our food. During the hour, the server was nowhere to be found to refill our water or ask for another drink. When our food finally arrived, the burger we had clearly asked to get without pickles and tomatoes came with pickles and tomatoes.... it also came with the fries instead of the buffalo chips. We didn’t bother correcting the burger situation because we didn’t want to wait another hour for food, but we did mention the order of buffalo chips. Our server apologized and the manager brought out the buffalo chips but didn’t say anything to us. Our server never asked us if we wanted water refills so we had to flag him down for another round of waters for our group of four. He took our empty cups, and 10 minutes later he showed up with the 4 filled water cups. He was carrying them with both hands and when he placed them on the table, he spilled 2 of them, wetting my friend and our tray of wings. He said sorry and said he was going to grab something to dry our table. He disappeared for a good 10 minutes, and served the table next to us, before finally returning to dry off our table. He took the trays of wings away, but did not offer another set of wings for splashing water on them (the water landed in 2 trays with 3 wings each). We had to request for new wings. You’d think after all that we would have received some compensation...but no. Definitely not a...

I went to 15301 ventura blvd P16 Sherman oaks location yesterday and stood at the entrance for about 20 minutes after a line started to pile up the people behind us went up to one of the employees which I am guessing was the managers because he was infront of the computer the whole time and asked to be seated and he informed us that someone will be right with us to seat us but we waited another 20 minutes and nobody sat us. Eventually, we decided to just seat ourselves including everyone else behind us we grabbed the menu from the hostess stand. But after we sat down, the servers wouldn't come to our table or anyone else's table who had seated themselves. They would walk past us, look us in the eyes, and ignore us, even when we asked for help. The guy that we asked to seat us earlier was standing with customers at the table infront of us talking about sports so we tried to raise our hand and asked to be served he looked us in the eyes and ignored. After another 30 minutes of trying to get their attention and being ignored, we went up to the takeout window and asked if the girl there could get a server to come to our table. But she continued to be disrespectful and used profanities in front of my underage children. This is ridiculous. I understand that restaurants can get understaffed and busy, but ignoring and using profanities is not good customer service. I will let all my friends and family know to never go to this location it's shame because I have been a good customer...

Food: Good food. Wings in general (at all places) with seasoning can get salty for me, which is why I get them plain and get the flavors as dipping sauce so I can control how much of the sauce I have on each wing.

Atmosphere: The first time I went, was in the afternoon, the place was 30% full so it was easy to get great service and our food out quickly. One of the sauce ambassadors even walked us through all the sauces and gave us a private sauce tasting... a gesture I'll never forget. Loved her personality.

I've been once at night during either Tuesday or Thursday and it was probably 95% full... the seating process is strange... we couldn't tell if it was self seating or were we supposed to wait to be seated. They were so many staff members but no one offered to advise us on the process. It was a tad strange. There were about 6-10 staff members that were literally standing around, chatting, and goofing around as we waited for probably 20 min to put in our order. I understand waiting is part of the game during busy nights... but just don't understand what these staff members are doing? Maybe their workflow needs some help.

Prices: They have deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Boneless and Bone-In wings... Good prices, however I can never remember which day has which item on special. I prefer the bone-in but boneless isn't bad.

I would come again, just probably in...
