Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We came in as a large group and ordered about a dozen items from the menu. All was fine until we received 2 completely incorrect burritos. We ordered 3 grilled burritos and only received 1, while the other 2 were plain value menu burritos. We were charged for all 3 grilled on the receipt. After confronting the worker, they took those 2 wrong burritos back. The manager came out and asked to see every item we received. Once we did that, she got angry and furiously claimed that she made those burritos with her hands. Her lack of manner was very surprising for such a simple situation. The worker was much nicer and well behaved than the short-tempered manager. We expected us to get our proper order back, but we were forced to pay for those 3 burritos on the receipt, as well as another 2 just to receive our order properly. I can't have dairy. I've ordered fresco style from this Taco Bell about a dozen times and they still add cream and don't give me tomatoes. I even said to the guy I'd like fresco style, no cream sauce or cheese add tomatoes. And they still add it. I'm done, don't know why I gave it another shot. Waste of money. Went to buy the new 2$ burritos just before 6pm 7/5 show the little blonde girl a picture w/price she asked me how many I said 6 never told me their price of 299 so when she gave me the receipt I checked it and asked a young man with black hair not friendly at all why are they charging me this amount and he says it's because they are not in the taco bell chain.
