This is the worst Burger King I think I've ever been to. The employees through the drive-thru especially are rude and when there's our problem with the order the guys there tend to argue with you in the Drive-Thru window. Because this is close to my job, I visit this location approximately 3 - 4 times a week unfortunately. About 90% of the time my order is either messed up or the Buns are very hard. When you pull back through the drive-thru and explain you would like softer buns or for them to correct the order, the male employees in the morning 10 to argue with you and give you attitude when they messed up. Typically again because I work in the area, if I stop by for lunch the men's restroom is usually dirty with urine and feces on the toilet seats and water and dirt around the sink area. I stopped by today for lunch and I noticed that both the men's and women's restrooms have a piece of paper taped to the doors and they have out of order written on it with a Sharpie marker. So people dining in can't use the restroom at all. Very frustrating. I really wish this Burger King would get it together. Maybe they need a new manager or perhaps some of the employees need to be fired and new employees brought in. Read moreThey seem to be determined to go the way of the local McD's as far as hospitality. I walked in today and saw that apparently they've very recently covered up every single one of the few electric outlets they had inside this location. I used to come here and could sit & enjoy my meal for a bit & charge my phone or surf on my laptop. Now, no more; apparently they have no use for modern customers. (Just like the McDs, which not only has no outlets at all, but keep their AC temp at freezing; clearly in order to force all their customers to never stay a minute after buying.) I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this BK soon follows that as well and drops their room temp by 10-15 degrees to get rid of customers all the faster. Once I saw what they'd done, I walked right back out today without buying a thing. I'm certainly not coming back; clearly they don't want the business of anyone like me. I can buy my food at another establishment - one that still likes customers' money enough to show a little hospitality. Read moreDon't know who you have working in the kitchen, but I used to be a regular and all I would ask for is 2 double cheeseburgers. One plain, one regular. The last two times I've been there, both times the order was wrong.
And based on this last order, where my plain burger had 2 pickles on it, I'm definitely assuming they knew what they were doing.
So, I'll just go to a different BK from now on. I've even filled out a survey, praising this store for their fresh and fast service, but clearly you got someone who hates my accent or something about me.

Have your 1 star review and I will find a better location to order my meal that I reward myself, once or twice a month, for working as hard as I do here in LA, also servicing customers of all backgrounds.
Also, the young man who took my order both times was nothing but respectful and I appreciate him for that.
