Very bad service we waited on the drive thru for 37 minutes and the guy that took my order argued with me about not having a crispy chicken sandwich he kept saying i ordered a bbq chicken sandwich anyways im dying of hunger and they run up one car forward on the drive thru and make you wait for i dont know how much longer to get your food this was not a good experience i will never come back also i gave 2 stars because the oreo cookie shake was the only thing that was good the burger was cold and they served me some greasy fries that have been hours under a heat lamp and still overpaid for the food that i did not enjoy this carls jr. Needs to step up on improvements especialy in customer service and in making things fresh and to dont give a hard time to customers!!# today is wednsday 5/2/18 ...10 pm i got out of drive thru at 14 minutes to 11pm please please i wont recomend to cone here no way dont waste your time and paying for 2 burgers frys and drinks over $35 and getting it ice cold i did not eat my food i threw away go to another location not this one i hope this helps others...
Read moreI visited Carl’s Jr. and ordered a Famous Star combo for over $16. The tomato slice on the burger was tiny—barely larger than a coin and so thin it was practically see-through. I politely asked the manager if I could get an extra slice, and she looked at me like I was crazy and told me I’d have to pay for it. That alone was surprising, but what made it worse was how dismissive and rude she was throughout the entire interaction.
She denied me a refill and treated me with an attitude that felt personal and, frankly, discriminatory. I left the store feeling extremely uncomfortable, like I wasn't welcome. This kind of behavior—especially from a manager—is unacceptable.

One day I went, ordered and told me the machines weren't working so they need to give me a spicy chicken instead of the the burger I had ordered which is a lesser value then what I had already paid. I thought they would have given me another burger that is the same price or another item for free to cover the rest that I paid or at least give the difference of change but no.
