This place is located on or near the plant, really convenient if you don't want to have Mc Donald's across the street. In My opinion it's good. Just hate to park where the in and out actually is, since they share with Starbucks and others. My recommendation is to park on the other side towards Burlington. Then walk almost a min. Due to coming in and out inside the close parking lot is a hassle sometimes. The line for drive thru gets super long at nights seems like peek time. Sometimes it's so long towards the gas station of 7/11. Just to note, always confirm your order, since sometimes the person with the tablet might hear it wrong.
For inside: Everything is clean regularly, restrooms as timely mattered, ice machine some people don't know how to use it and wastes so much ice. They have changed back the peperchinny to whole, not cut. The cut version was not as fresh as the whole. When dine in, you ask for ketchup they tell you it's available near the chairs, even thoe you want the ones in packets. But, should be fine with others. At night they will purposely put the AC onto the coldest to not have anyone inside. Even when it rains. Rainy days free hot chocolate to children.
For outside: The tables outside of course will be dirty, hence for being outside. The umbrella shade thing usually doesn't work from which the sun is coming from, or even rain. The trash cans are hard to push thru, if throwing your trash you might accidentally touch the bin and have to wash your hands, but hey if you don't mind and know you'll was your hands then so be it. But if you did already then yea might be a bother. If waiting for your order from outside, you might not hear them say it, since some of them don't use the microphone.
If they do mess up your order from drive thru keep your receipt, and contact the email on the website for a complimentary new meal for next time.
Hope some...
Read more-5 Stars based on manager Yvette attempt to collect $2 extra dollars from a water cup incident.
I had purchased my own drink with my meal and asked for a water cup. After the water cup was empty I halfway filled up soda with ice filled to the brim. I went to ask for a straw. That's when Yvette addressed me disrespected and spitefully demanding me, the customer to pay for a second "$2 soda cup" for the .5 of soda in the water cup.
She walked away without handing me the proper medium drink I paid for while denying me the 800 number to in and out customer service line.
I have never received such disrespect from a manager who seems racist unbeknown to her against other races.
Then it took the entire staff 20 extra minutes to relocate/remake my order since "it went miss." I've also never waited 20+ minutes for 2 burgers and an animal fry during any busy time.
In and out please address and train your management with proper etiquette to manage, maintain and defuse small...
Read moreI recently visited this In-N-Out location and ordered a Protein Style Double-Double and a cheeseburger. However, I encountered a serious issue with the preparation. The lettuce wrap included the wax paper that is supposed to cover the lettuce, but it was hidden between the leaves, making it impossible to see. As a result, I tasted paper while eating.
Worse yet, when I reached the end of my meal, I discovered that they had placed a plain sheet of wax paper between two slices of lettuce, as if it were part of the wrap. This is completely unacceptable.
I strongly urge In-N-Out to conduct an internal review of its food preparation process at this location. I plan to return soon to order the same meal, and if this issue happens again, I will consider taking legal action.
Quality control should be a top priority, and I hope this matter is addressed...
