I stopped by this Starbucks with my wife because she wanted her Blonde Vanilla Latte after leaving the Honda Service Center. I been to this Starbucks location before but it been a while. We came in the morning before In N Out open so getting a parking spot was easy compared to after In N Out open because it's has limited spots inside where Starbucks is. When we walked in, my wife was able to put in her order right away and they had the drink ready within 5 minutes. My wife loved her drink and the customer service we received was excellent. The inside of this Starbucks looked more open than the last time I was here and they have a couple of tables where you can sit to work.

Got a classic San Fernando Valley Frappuccino today and like all other San Fernando Valley Starbucks locations the drinks are inconsistent with those I order outside of the San Fernando Valley specifically in DTLA. I don't understand how this is an issue every time I get the same drink all over the city of Los Angeles. One thing I can't stand is inconsistency when it comes to food and drinks. All recipes are the same therefore the food and drink should taste the same. Nationwide at that.

Such a cute Starbucks. It reminds me of the vibe that Starbucks had back in 2010. Very nostalgic and cozy. Jaz took my order and she was so sweet. Very real. Super yummy drinks too. My mom is super particular about her drink and she loved it. I saw either a trainer or a manager. I didn’t catch his name. He had a beanie, wire glasses, and some tags around his neck. He was very welcoming and kind

This is the only Starbucks that I come to in the valley I have cheated a few times lol (they know). But I'm always directed back here. This is the best service! Everyone is kind and friendly and they always make my drink correct. But if for some reason they're having an off day all I have to do is communicate to them and they fix it with no issue. Which is the reason why I constantly return. They definitely make me have a better day all around. I am also not from from this area and I am homeless but they always treat me with kindness and amazing customer service as they do with everyone else there's no judgment and everybody is treated equally. To the staff EVERYONE please never change a lot of businesses should be the same but I have found in my travels that they are not.

FYI I am homeless and yes my dog is with me she is an service dog and she is very vocal and people sometimes are inside working, having meetings, and there is a specific gentleman that my service dog does not like and she's very vocal about it. So not to disturb other people I do not bring her inside all the time because I usually run in there quickly to go get myself a coffee and her water and pup cup to start our day before my shift starts. If she is in my car the air is always on 😉 if it's not a hot day 72 degrees then yes, the windows are open and she has food and water and the windows are cracked appropriately to where she cannot jump out of my vehicle while I QUICKLY run inside there and grab what I need to grab. And oh heaven forbid that she is a DOG and barks...and hauls? Lol I think you meant howl. As u so put it, because she wants her pup cup. She's extremely very loved spoiled and vocal lol. Poor dog? Lol. Go to the East Valley animal shelter there's 290 "poor dogs", "hauling", barking, sad alone and are going to possibly be euthanized. I hope this clears up any confusion and everybody can mind the business that pays them so we can continue to have a friendly environment while getting our mid morning...

There are two female workers here who are really good and organized. One of them is named Crystal. She’s very friendly and always has a positive attitude. I like when these two are working because I know I won’t have to wait an excessive amount of time, especially if I ordered ahead.

When these two are not there, completely different story. They’re unorganized, don’t go in the order of orders received. I waited way too long for my complete order yesterday, so to avoid that scenario today, I only ordered a drink. No difference. Still took forever, seemed to not go according to how orders were received. They have regulars that it looks like they drop everything for and leave everyone else waiting and waiting. Today it was two male baristas. When Crystal or the other female barista are around, they wouldn’t be dropping the ball like this. These regulars seem like the type of people that have nothing to do all day, some of us stop here and then head to our jobs that’s why we mobile order so our stuff can just be grab & go.

I hate to do a grouchy review like this but something had to be said. The good and efficient service is inconsistent. I’m here every week and as mentioned before it’s the Starbucks on the way to work. However, Crystal and the other female barista make it...

I’ve been really enjoying the new Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso—I’ve ordered it three times already from two different Starbucks near where I live, and each time it was full, delicious, and exactly what I expected.

However, today I visited this location while shopping at GAP and had a very different experience. The male barista who made my drink didn’t fill it up all the way. I asked to add oat milk, which I usually do myself when oat milk is available on the counter—but this store didn’t have it out. When I asked, he told me I needed to say “extra oat milk” when ordering.

I explained that I’ve been ordering the same drink and it’s always been full, but he responded by saying something about how it’s a “shaken espresso.” His tone came off dismissive, and overall the customer service just didn’t feel welcoming.

I really love this new drink, but this location didn’t deliver the experience I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. A little consistency and better communication would...
