I love BLAZE pizza, itâs honestly my favorite, I love it more than pizza rev, Iâve been coming here since they opened, and recently added I little one to the family, and he has a gluten/wheat allergy, so needless to say I LOVE the gluten free option, not a lot of places are gluten free friendly yet, up until now I havenât had a problem with Blaze but tonight I had a very big problem, I ordered online pickup, the 2 for $10 pizza special, I ordered one normal and one gluten free, when I went up to pick up I asked the guy for my order and said only one was ready I asked which one is ready he told me the gluten free, and then asked if both were gluten free and I said âno only oneâ he proceeded to assuring me that this one was in fact the gluten free one, I served my one year old a slice of his gluten free pizza then I went up to pick up the other pizza which was not ready yet and the guy asked me âwas that the gluten free pizza?â As if I would know, I donât work there, I immediately went running for the pizza and snatched what he had in his mouth and went up to verify that this was a gluten free pizza, I was told âno this is not the gluten free pizzaâ I couldnât believe it, ridiculous, how can they be so careless???? This is a huge deal!!! Allergies are soooo dangerous, this should not be taken lightly whatâs soooo ever!!! They need to be a lot more careful!!!! Terrible experience, I spent the rest of the night...
Read moreI'm happy that Blaze Pizza has cauliflower crust and customization, but sadly that's where the line is drawn.
I order delivery. I have on and off for about 3 years from this location. And I am not exaggerating when I say 95% of the time, my order is wrong. I had stopped ordering here, but returned after the place I liked closed due to the pandemic.
I have ordered from here tens of times, but can count on one hand the number of times the drizzle was either included or applied to my pizza.
Today, I ordered a white top with red sauce dollops and instead got a simple red sauce pizza. But I actually received drizzle for the first time in ages.
More than half the time, the cauliflower crust is burnt. (Not just looks burnt, but actually tastes burnt.) And it's not uncommon for toppings to be missing. I have ordered the same pizza numerous times and it has never tasted the same. So it's a good location if you like effortless variety.
I really can't comprehend how (if?) employees match the pizza to the order and send it as is anyway. I could understand occasional slip ups, but this is practically every time. In person probably yields a better experience, but this is my review of my delivery experience (through the Blaze app and website, not a...
Read moreBuild your own pizza place where you're never disappointed. My girlfriend was craving pizza since her favorite pizza place closed down so Blaze pizza was the alternative. I drove by this location so many times but never stop by to order pizza from there. I had Blaze Pizza before in Orange County and thought it was okay. This was my girlfriend first time so it was a good experience for her. I put my pizza order through their website and selected store pickup. I got the build your own pizza 11in with ham, bacon and pineapple. My girlfriend got the pepperoni, pineapple, mushroom, jalapeños, green pepper and red onions. The parking situation when we got there was kind of easy, most spots were taken but we were able to find a spot. Walking in to the store, we waited in the line for order pickup and was out within 5 minutes. I thought my pizza was okay and my girlfriend loved her pizza. We didn't get any spices but good thing I have crushed...
