Over cooked pig skin and rice. This restaurant is very empty inside. When I was there at 1215 pm, I was the only customer there. I looked at the Manu, it looked very appealing, so I went to look at the food. They were all sitting on the warmers, so they are not fresh made. I still decided to give it a try, so I ordered the pig skin. The To-go box was small. It only had 4 to 5 pieces of soft and over cooked pig skin, lacking of the pig skin texture, plus some old yellow colored rice and very little beans. This simple plate will cost you 17 dollars. They also give me a few tortillas and some old vegetable salad. The dining area was big, deep and empty. The TV and CD player were playing Latin music and language only. The worst thing is the restroom: it only has one unisex restroom: the flushing was broken and it was very old style. It is very inconvenient for customers and unclean!
