Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

worst location ever. Staff is rude and no manners at all (went at this location last year and never came back!)

and yesterday, I accidentally ordered through doordash from this location. Ordered arrive but missing chips and the burrito bowl was spicy (the one who prepared it put sauce on it but I didn't even tick that sauce from the menu when I ordered online).

I called them after I recieved my order, told the staff who answered the phone that the chips is missing and she told me that they will add the chips on my next order (I told her I'll order again after our call and provided name and will order from doordash).

After I hung up on the phone, I ordered chips & queso Blanco, side of chips and orange juice.

2nd order came and items still missing and they didn't put the missing chips that they promised.

Called again to confront them, the lady I spoke to answered the phone and complained about the missing item and the additional chips that she promised. She told me that if I want the chips then I could pick it up! (I ordered delivery, why should I pick up something that I paid for delivery?)

It is not that hard to prepare orders and fulfill all the items in the order properly and they still messed up twice in a short period of time, I even called them just to make sure that they will be fulfilling the whole order.

I was in the mood for Mexican for lunch today so I decided to go to chipotle on the corner of Larchmont and Beverly Blvds., since I was in the area. This is a relatively high-end neighborhood and I would expect the place to be spotless and the personnel to be welcoming as would be my expectation of any and all chipotle restaurants. WRONG!! This place was filthy. Floors were exceptionally dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The counter where you see the food you want to order was also unacceptably unclean and its appearance made my stomach turn. I looked at the attendant behind the glass partition and told her this place is not clean and also stated that it needed to be cleaned up and she did not respond and walked away from me so I walked out, fast, quick and in a hurry. Now I wonder if they even wash their hands. The food behind the glass partition also appeared dry as if it had been there a few days. I think this place needs better management all around or someone’s going to get sick from eating at this...

I've been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but my experience today was absolutely dreadful. To start, the portion sizes were laughable. It was the evening, and we ordered a chicken quesadilla. What we received were the scraps of chicken—blackened and dried out. They barely added any cheese, but that's just the beginning. When I tried to use my points to pay, I was denied, which led to a discussion with the manager. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked for water cups, she insisted that I had to purchase bottled water instead. I've never encountered such poor service in all my years at Chipotle.

Such individuals have no place in customer service. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me and just shoved a business card at me. The name on the card was Mekhi Lawrance, but I can't even be sure if that’s her real name.
