Chipotle Team (Miracle Mile)
Frances - Cashier Richard - VIP: Flavor Expert Ernesto - VIP: Quality Control Connoisseur Drew - Iron Chef
This evening, after what turned into an extremely long day, My stomach started to rumble reminding me I forgot to eat since my tiny Starbucks breakfast sandwich this morning. I thought to myself what can I get that’s quick, deliciously filling and will last me for potentially 2 meals, yeah money’s pretty tight! The first thing that always comes to mind for me is Chipotle. Unfortunately the last experience I had at the Melrose Location was HORRIBLE at best due to the poor customer care I received. Anyone who knows me would tell you I am loyal to the bone especially when I am a customer and get great service. Luckily I remembered there’s a location within walking distance from my apartment!
As I entered the Chipotle at 5550 W. Wilshire Blvd., Los Angles, CA 90036. I was treated by Richard. His clean cut appearance caught my eye as did his welcoming smile. My trama from the past location fell away. He Welcomed me and asked me what I’d like and I smiled and gave him my order, I even cracked a joke with him Because I felt so comfortable. His energy gave me a confidence and a boost of energy even after such a long day! He started prepping my order and couldn’t help but notice how GORGEOUSLY DELICIOUS the food looked. It was literally PERFECTLY cooked and it was even displayed as though Corporate Headquarters was auditing them! I couldn’t believe my eyes! (Which was better looking the food or Richard, idk!?)
Anyways he handed me off as the line started to grow behind me and Ernesto picked up so fluidly. It was like an Olympic sprinter handing off a baton to his teammate. Not only was Tichard sharp looking but so was Ernesto, again I was so happy about how this experience was going I had the biggest grin without even realizing it. Ernesto finished up my meal which was SO BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED, I’ve NEVER been to a chipotle like this EVER and I’ve been to more than I can count across the country.
Next I had the privilege of meeting Frances. Her makeup was flawless and so was her professionalism. She rang me up and I couldn’t help but reflect on the fact that in the 3-4 minutes it took for my order start to finish they someone managed to lift up my mood but created the most amazing, friendly, hungering experience.
The restaurant was immaculate! I would recommend this location a million times over because THAT is what this company should be about. Clean, Inviting, Friendly, Efficient, Quality and not to mention AFFORDABLE service.
Please, If you are reading this, go to this location. If you are anyone high up in the Chipotle hierarchy please promote all of these employees because training from them will create many more restaurants which mimic this locations quality thus Extraordinary Customer Experiences.
Thank You ALL at 5550 W. Wilshire Blvd you truly helped me see that people in this world no matter where from are still in...
Read moreRecently, I had a delivery experience from Chipotle that left me with a mixed impression. While the food arrived promptly and was packaged well, there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The incorrect order of regular chicken instead of Al Pastor Chicken for my burrito significantly impacted the flavor and overall enjoyment of the dish. Additionally, the chips were a blend of old and fresh chips, with the stale ones being more predominant, making them difficult to enjoy. The under-portioned guacamole was a letdown, as I paid full price for the item and did not receive the amount that I was expecting. Furthermore, the burrito was supposed to have a double tortilla, which was requested and charged for, but only came with one tortilla.
As a food critic, I believe that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are essential components of a successful restaurant, regardless of whether the food is served in a restaurant or delivered to a customer's door. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Chipotle fell short in several areas. While the food was packaged well and arrived promptly, the incorrect order, stale chips, under-portioned guacamole, and missing double tortilla all contributed to a subpar dining experience. I hope that Chipotle takes steps to improve in these areas and ensure that their delivery experience meets the same standards as their dine-in experience.

Read moreThis Chipotle is a mixed bag. As a person who works nearby and goes here a couple times a month I'm a little torn between what people say and my personal experience.

Its Chipotle, if you're looking for some magical experience I'd go somewhere else. For a quick efficient lunch this is a great spot.
My Tip: Ask for the vinaigrette when getting a bowl and also ask to have your...
