Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Los Angeles

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! It doesn't matter if I pick up my order on time or if I'm late, the staff, especially the male staff, treat you like they have a chip on their shoulders and always have an excuse as to why the pizza is not ready.... which is the case both times I've been there. What happened to good and friendly customer service which by the way, would make the unnecessary wait a lot more pleasant!!! Did I mention other customers around me were also upset and frustrated? There was never an apology to any of us for our pizzas not being ready. Instead, we were given upset and frustrated looks!!! I thought all Costcos were to have the same high quality customer service but I guess it depends on the area!!! Will never order pizza from this...

So sad if you enjoyed the Costco hotdog 🌭 of the 90s. (Was it Priceclub then?) That soft, fluffy, YUMMY 😋 bun of equal length to the hotdog of a distant memory. And I mourn the combo pizza 🍕 that had meat AND veggies to the edges of the crust ...long gone. Big. Fat. Boo. I think this is finally the last time that I swing by a Costco for a hot dog. I know these changes were made at least a decade ago but there's something about good memories that can make excuses. I won't that make that mistake again. Ps. Met with yet another screen to take...

They have great prices and pretty good food too but they need to fix their pizza system. They me wait 25 minutes for my whole pizza and others waiting over half an hour. This was also just a pepperoni pizza. They need to allow you to sit down and wait without the thought that someone else is going to get your pizza and you'll be forgotten. They also need to make sure that people aren't waiting that long because a half an hour is...
