This is the only Del Taco in our area so we've been here plenty of times and this experience has convinced us to not come back again. While going through the drive thru with my family my wife began ordering food with our sons order of plain asada tacos, the employee that responded first seemed to not know what "asada tacos" were. This turned into a confusing conversation for us because the employee told us that they didn't have asada street tacos but when we ask for what tacos were available she began to ask if we were asking about asada tacos or all of their tacos. We understand that the Asada Street Tacos is a specific item that's no longer there, but when we're just ordering an Asada Taco, instead of asking us which one over and over, she should have been able to solve this simple problem that we are ordering a simple plain asada taco, now what on the current menu fits that description and then simply explain thar to us. She must have assumed we knew the orientation of the menu as she did, because instead of explaining and understanding that she knows the menu better than us, she had to talk to us as if we don't know how to read, which means she had a certain amount of inflection in her voice that showed how annoyed she was that customers couldn't find what she was talking about on the menu. She says she was asking because of price but any other place I've ever been not only including Del Taco can put 1 and 1 together and fix the issue. After that was fixed my wife and I order two combos and before asking for our drinks the employee told us to pull up. She wanted us out. We get our food, no drinks yet. My wife confirms if the combos come with the drinks, the employee then says she didn't get a chance to ask us. She had a chance, but she chose to tell us to pull up to the window instead. The inflection in her voice is still there and there definitely wasn't an apology for the obvious confusion her customers, that want to eat there, were having. After all this treatment we decide we don't want to eat the food and we ask for our money back. And this interaction end with the employee stating out loud that "she wants her money back". Horrible attitude and poor customer service. Were not coming...

HOW CAN HE HELP ME OUT!!??? These people get it. It's what Starbucks has some what lost throuout the years. . . SECOND : Quality. I'm just gonna leave that right there because it speaks for itself. Fresh, fresher than a pillow with a mint on top. Crunchy ??? Everything. Hot ???? Umm.. everything. The nice lil man in the window even messed my order up and I was missing a taco but I didn't care. Had it been burger king which I called to complain about the attitude of the girl in the drive Through when I asked for more ketchup and she threw packets into my vehicle like a fool! But no. Del Taco is the place. Del taco will get you right. I could go on but I ran out of inspiration and have finished my Shrimp Plato with extra Avocado. Read moreI’ve been coming here for years and I’m very disappointed with my recent online orders. The order lockers sometimes work and sometimes do not. They usually do not add napkins to the order and you’d just find out when you open the sealed brown bag. The male cashier on my last order was rude by brushing me off on the order window immediately closing it when I was going to bring about the no napkins (w/c I let go most of the time) and ketchup for the large fries (this no ketchup motivated to write this review) after picking it up in one of the lockers. I was going to tell him how it was so inconvenient to go to the drive thru for missing items because I decided to eat at the parking lot area (btw parking is not easily accessible once you go to the drive thru), but he abruptly closed the window. There was nobody waiting in the back of my car. Obviously, Dell Taco just put people to work, but do not train their employees proper etiquette and to be more customer focused. Lastly, the fish tacos were tiny that one cannot even fully hold to bite it. I am really very disappointed and now contemplating of never ordering from them again after these many horrible online ordering experiences. It only takes one, in my case, many negative experience to take my business...
