Okay so Iām really glad I checked Google reviews when I arrived. Theyāre actually incentivizing reviews, which I think should be taken into consideration.
Anyway, I had the same experience as Kellyās review below. I came there for Botox and they said I would need 50 units. I was shocked because I normally get half that. There was something off, and so I checked Google reviews and saw another women named Kelly say this same thing happened to her and they were using Dysport.
So I ask, Iām going to get Botox right? Not Dysport? He had already begun filling the needle in the other room it seemed (which was different from my old place where I could see what they were pulling into the syringe.) The guy was like oh no, itās Dysport, do you want Botox?
And I was like, yes, we literally just had a whole pricing convo around Botox units. Anyway so heās like ok sure, you can have Botox. And I was like wow (in my head), so if I didnāt ask you would have just injected me with something else and not told me?
Then he disappears for 15 min, and then a women comes out. She says oh, we actually just ran out of Botox on the client before you. (Seemed sus tbh). But she was nice and I was like well ok, I came all the way here and itās been like 30 min at this point so Iāll try it.
So, I got the Dysport. I have no idea about the results yet so Iāll update. When I went to pay, I was charged the per unit price for Botox! (Why was I paying the Botox price ($10/unit for first time clients) when I got 50 units of Dysport, which is way way cheaper??).
I was sort of sketched out by the whole thing so I (probably) wonāt be back. Like, if I didnāt get a weird feeling and read that Google review right as I was sitting in the patient chair, they would have just injected me with Dysport, charged me for Botox, and never told me it wasnāt Botox. Thatās super fcked up! You should *always know what youāre being injected with.
I know itās the āsame active ingredientā, but being charged for 50 units of Botox yet receiving 50 units of Dysport feels super shady, since Dysport is way...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't recommend Sculpt Silverlake enough! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and answers any questions you have to make you feel at ease. Natalia is quick to get back to you and was extremely accommodating with my schedule even though I had to reschedule once on her last minute for work. Their facilities feel very welcoming and homey.
I went in to have CoolSculpting performed on my chin. Christina took care of me and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed in the chair. They provided pillows, a tv (with Netflix), and attached a call button on my shirt in case I needed anything. The ladies told me what to expect throughout the process and answered my 1000 questions (Trust me, I ask a lot).
I've had Botox done once before from another place that came highly recommended to me but I felt so at ease with these ladies, I decided to have a touch up with them. There was no waiting from one procedure to the next and Natalia knew exactly what to do. I had told her about my first experience and how it was painful and took what seemed like was forever. She gave me some numbing cream (which the first place didn't even offer me) and was so quick I honestly didn't feel much. Since I'm kind of a baby when it comes to needles, Christina stayed by my side and distracted me until Natalia was done. Perhaps one of the things I appreciated most about the ladies though, they didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need or try to offer me more than I needed. This round looks much better and natural than my first injection and I finally got the little eye lift I had wanted the first place I went to told me couldn't be achieved due to my hooded eyelids.
Honestly, I've been telling everyone about this place so if you live near their Silver Lake, Downtown LA or Pasadena location, be sure to stop by!
Thanks, ladies, I can't wait...

i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
I've been coming to sculpt silverlake for 3.5 years for a small tattoo removal. Initially I chose sculpt because it was near my home and they quoted me $125/session for the removal of a tattoo the soze of a credit cars ( it was smaller than that )
Not only did sculpt double the price per session, they didn't notify me until after the treatment had already been performed. They claimed this price was posted in their office (it was not) and they claimed it was posted on their site (it still is not).
To add insult to injury, I passed our after one of their technicians increased the laser strength beyond a reasonable amount. I passed out from the pain, hitting my head on the concrete of their parkinglot.
I was unable to work for 3 months. When I awoke from the fall I had to call the receptionist to let her know I needed help. She didn't emerge from the office for a full 15 minutes.
I could have had severe brain damage or been run over by a car in their parkinglot.
not to mention their scheduling service is highly unprofessional. I've waited an hour to be treated. I've been told I arrived 30 minutes too early, made to wait another 40 minutes. Been told me appointment time was an entirely different time of day after arriving at the clinic. Highly unprofessional and frankly scary to see "medical" professionals operating a business so...
