Del Taco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I placed an order with several items, got home and found that they didn’t give me two cheeseburgers I had ordered and paid for. I kept trying to call the number on the receipt but they did not answer. So when I was back in that area (I stay in Glendale) I went and spoke to the manager (Claudia Sandoval) and explained to her what happened. She said she would have to look into it and get back to me. After a couple of days of not hearing from her I went back. And she told me that she couldn’t find records of the transaction and there’s nothing she could do. So I asked her for the number to corporate and she said there is no corporate and there’s no one above her I can speak too. And she wouldn’t even give me her name I had to get it from one of her employees. Then found the number to corporate on my own online and a report about the incident. Bottom line is she is a liar, rude to her customers, and a thief. I had to go through all this trouble over food I paid for but didn’t receive. I just stopped by this location and felt like I needed to share some feed back. It seems the food’s temperature from this location is an ongoing trend or rather lack there of. I purchased the new Birria Ramen soup. The flavor was surprisingly good especially for a food item from Del Taco. The main problem with my food was not the flavor rather the temperature. To whom ever owns or manages this particular location off of Eagle Rock Blvd please heed the reviews, your location is consistently dropping the ball on food temperature which to my knowledge per food safety regulations is a HUGE no no. Aside from that I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile I experienced from the Birria Ramen. went again, second time carne asada fries disappoint 😭 they were cold and mind you I had them immediately after ordering. There also was a large piece of hard avocado :( and could not really eat more than a few fries of this… the minute maid drink was okay though and so were the crunchy tacos but Do NOT i repeat DO NOT have the carne asada fries here they will suck!

I always get the breakfast toasted wrap, bacon, no sauce and enjoy it. Also the minute maid strawberry drink is pretty good. I keep forgetting to ask for the drink without ice or light ice (think the drink would be better that way) anyway this location is next to a sprouts!
