Panda Express... I had to stop going to the South Pasadena location, they are just horrible. So I started coming to the Eagle Rock location, they're a little bit better.. I guess. I mean Panda Express food is okay.. I guess. Your probably saying to yourself why does this guy even go to Panda, he doesn't seem to like it. Well listen, I come for Mamma and what mamma wants, mamma gets. Mamma also has dealt with many horrendous incidences of horrible displeasure on various Panda Express visits over the years and so has passed the torch to me to take care of business. I got tired of filling out those receipts that they give you for the free third item, I never really have anything nice to say and it began getting frustrating recounting bad experiences. At this point I feel like we should all just be given a free third item for all of the Panda Express blunders. So the Eagle location you ask? Yeah, not great. Seems like people are always standing having to wait for an item that is being made which is a nuisance, especially during the pandemic. On my visit today you had two people blocking the only exit waiting for food that wasn't ready, a line outside that moved super slow and a loud environment that left me feeling I had to yell just for my order to be heard. I'm getting tired of writing now. Would I recommend this location? Not really, but if you love mamma like i do and she loves Panda then we do as we must... Anything beats the South...

Don't try to save time by using their terrible app, I saw a small line when I got there but I used the app so walked up to the cashier like I do when I use the app and when I see he's not too busy I showed him my confirmation and tell him my name for who I am picking up. He yelled out my name like that did something then I wait, (didn't know it at the time but my order was ready label and waiting next to his cash register all he had to do is hand it to me) the best employee in the store then proceeded to help everyone else in the store and then looked at me noticed that was just looking at him waiting for my order. I wasn't happy he mumbled some stuff I couldn't hear and then asked my name again, honestly what's the point of ordering 30 minutes ahead when the store is so lost or full of absent minded people that you wait longer than those who walked in after you? I've been here a few times had issues every single one. I been to plenty of other locations that are consistently top notch with customer service but this place is not it. Thier food is not as...

Bianca the server in the front, she gave a very small portion of meat, mein and rice, quite expensive cost HMM!. While I sat down at table and observed people at the front, that's when I caught her to others her own ppl, a big portion, not fair WOW. She's clearly racist like she hate it, you can tell by body language. However that food is chewy and rubbish gross like they can't cook right, lousy mein like old soggy leftover. Never AGAIN I mean at any Panda Express not anymore, going for authentic Asian food (REAL Asian cooker). Shame on you Bianca, already know what you look like. I called the store manager Vicarta, she doesn't seem concern at all. Oh, they're not AAPI friendly AHA!. Don't understand they'red hired to work even they're not AAPI friendly. Panda Express is more like the American chain. and oh, the prices are RIPOFF, pay attention to the bowl portion.
