August 20, I redemed my points for the free pizza along with a 2 litter sprite and lava cakes, at 8:45pm. At 9:45 pm I called to ask if they were going to deliver my pizza. I was told its on its way. At 10:45 I called again. I was told my order was canceled because I have an old number saved on my file. I told them I still want my order. I was told to reorder it through the website. I went online I noticed my points were not refunded. I called again to ask what happened. I was told it was my problem because I didnt put the right number. I asked the name of the person I was speaking to and he just hung up on me. When I called again they put me on hold. When I finally got through he said his name was Sergio. I know Sergio and that didnt sound anything like him. Unless they got two sergios working there now, I will find out tomorrow.
I have been ordering pizza from this location for years and have never had an issue with them. But this guy, with hispanic accent, began to argue with me. #customersdontmatter
August 21 7:30 pm Went in person to speak with the manager but he was gone for the day. The cashier went to the back to get another guy, im guessing he is the next in charge. Turns out his name is also Sergio. I told the cashier the issue with tge website not allowing permanet changes to the file (Phone #) and that I already sent an email to Corporate regarding last nights issue along with the website. As I was trying to explain Sergio buts in and starts trying to argue with me. I told him to stop talking and let me finish. He just walked away. When my daughter picked up they keep telling her there was no order for her. After almost an hour of her being there she called me and ask me are you sure you order at the right place I then called and spoke to a guy he then hand it her her order only for the food to be cold! I called back and ask to speak with a manager I spoke to Sergio only to be told oh sorry we don’t usually give out orders unless the persons who paid is here. I then said then someone should’ve told me that when I called and I would’ve gone there myself. When a guy answered me like if he was very tired or annoyed you could barely hear him. Regardless I told him what had happened, he then put me on hold and the call dropped or he hung up.( who knows) so I called again and again was put on hold at this point I think 2 people had put me on hold but I could still here the background and you can tell they were confused and didn’t know what was going on.
