Horrible experience from a place I used to love....pretty sad. I ordered a pizza from the Domino's in Encino on Ventura boulevard as I always do. This time when I came in I asked for the pizza well done and I said not burnt but well done which shouldn't be a problem because they always make it correctly however this time it wasn't cooked the way I wanted it to be there was a girl by the name of Natalie that told me I couldn't put it back in and she wouldn't which made no sense because they're always able to put it back in, when Douglas is there they're always able to do so and then I asked for the manager to come around then Natalie asked me about a problem with her and I said yes because I'm not getting what I wanted and you're not wanting to help me and she said I was giving her atitude when she was the one trying to give me attitude in the first place. If I'm a guest and I'm asking for something that should be no problem and no attitude should be given towards me considering I'm paying for something I want done the way I like it be done instead of an employee and a manager who shouldn't be a manager giving attitude to a guest which I think is utterly disrespectful and ridiculous. The so called manager wouldn't let me do what I wanted to do which I'm the guest paying for what I'm asking for. Then the manager named Divya told me that I was complained too much, started arguing with me and no longer cared to help, when by the way I'm paying for something that should be done the way I like it to be done which is a Pizza to be cooked well so how hard is that to do...Anyway... I've always had it well done so it shouldn't be a problem, I've never had an issue before I'm going to file a complaint if I do not get an answer to this because they were both extremely rude. Then the manager proceeded to say that she was going to put a mark on my number so I can't come in there very any more little does she realize that I can use another number because I have about 3 numbers and second of all because she's too lazy to fix a problem she's going to go about it the wrong way and think it's going to be end of it... Girl, that is not going to be the end of it. I've already filed a complaint with dominos and spoken to them personally, you treat me a certain way I'm going to treat you the same way right back not too hard to figure out!!! How are you going to try to do that when you're the one that caused the problem.. are you freaking...
Read moreJuanita and Monica have been the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I call to simply inform them I will be making a mobile order on the app, but before I do that, my order was incorrect last time and was told by a gentleman to call in next time and let them know, and the wings would be on them. Juanita informed me there was no manager there and to call back an hour later… I informed her I just gave birth to twins and is having someone pick up the order so I needed to place it right there and then. She told me there’s nothing she could do and I informed her unfortunately that’s not my issue. There should always be a manager. She said I must not know nothing about the food service and started giving me attitude. I told her that was extremely unprofessional …she then put me on hold without notice. I waited for someone to come on the phone whom it was Monica. I asked what her position was she told me manager after I was just told there was no manager on site. She came with complete attitude, although this was my first time speaking with her. She asked what I needed told her to please calm down since this was my first encounter with her she was completely dismissive and didn’t care about what I had to say. She then clicked on me. This place is a joke and need to hire more...
Read moreI used to love Domino's pizza! There was a time that I even ordered it almost weekly. But then I moved. Ordering from this location, it seemed every pizza I received became worse than the last. I even switched to CPK and Papa John's. For some reason, I decided to try Domino's again. I ordered my regular order this time with extra sauce because the pizza always seemed so dry. I put in my order which the app said would arrive in 30 minutes. Five minutes later, my phone rang. It was Domino's informing me they were pretty busy and my order would arrive in an hour and 15 minutes. I completely understood and appreciated the phone call. That was good customer service. Surprisingly, my order arrived in about 45 minutes. Even though the driver was extremely busy, she was still pleasant! So far so good. I excitedly prepared to eat my pizza but as I opened the first box, I discovered the driest pizza. So dry, that I had to get creative and add BBQ sauce that I had in the fridge. I tried the second box. Even drier. I ended up throwing the pizza away. $45 in the trash. I thought about calling and complaining, but I'd done that previously (it's like there's a shortage of sauce or something!) Instead, I decided to write a review and hopefully, it will serve as a reminder to me not to order...
