Donut King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is absolute trash! They treat their loyal customers with no respect,.my mom has Been going to this local place for years to only get insulted for no reason! She came in to get a refill on her water gallon and the lady that works their was giving her attitude, threw her filled up water so she wasn’t able to get anything and told her she wasn’t allowed to ever come back. I’m not sure if this lady was just having a bad day but that is no way to treat any customer especially someone who is a senior. I’m disgusted on how they treat people here if I can rate them a 0 I would but definitely going to blow this up on all social media accounts to let people aware to never shop here! There food is not the best either you can find better food...

The ladies behind the counter here are amazing! They're super sweet, make delicious food, AND somehow always manage to remember our very specific order for everyone in our family! The instant we walk in the door, they know us and what we want, even after not going for a year and a half during the pandemic! They actually had it memorized after our very first visit years ago. Wow! The spicy egg bagel breakfast sandwiches and the veggie croissant sandwiches are our favorites and the kids love the donuts, too. I got old-fashioned chocolate donuts, spinach cheese croissant, and chocolate croissant for to go, but I started eating within 10 minutes of buying. Both croissants taste horrible and smell even more horrible. I don't know what was in them, but I couldn't eat those. Donut had a good chocolate coating, but from inside it had some portions really solid like with high syrup concentration. It was not good for enjoying. If someone is really hungry, they may eat it without giving much thought. But in overall, I didn't like the food quality. So I may never go back to this...
