Earthbar — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The girl that made my drink was very pleasant and nice (wearing head covering), so if I am not giving this place a 1-star it is because of her. However, the other girl with the long, dark hair in a pony tail was unpleasant. I was trying to thank the other girl for my drink and was doing it with a pleasant smile. However, I unfortunately kept making eye contact with the girl with the long hair. She had a very unpleasant, mean, and catty look that she was sending my way. It did not rub me the right way and did not make me feel good about the overall experience. Paying almost $13.00 for a protein shake, you expect that better customer service or treatment might come your way. But that was definitely NOT the case. On top of the bad attitude, the drink itself was not tasty and was certainly over-priced. I wanted to like this place but will probably not be returning mainly due to the bad attitude of their employee who needs to re-adjust her interaction with customers and fix her off-putting/hurtful facial...

I stopped by Earthbar today. My family has been telling me to try this place for the longest... Let me tell you... It was not what I was expecting! The staff is super friendly! And if you don't know what to order ask for Alex the manager, he will suggest the best things in the menu based on what you like or even suggest something new!! Just make sure you show him this review and he will hook you up 👍🏼👍🏼. I tried the blueberry bliss with peanut butter and it was delicious!!! The Acai bowl is the best one I've ever had!! Definitely a most if you go to Earthbar. The green drink is Field the greens, it was really refreshing, you definitely most get one. I 100% recommend...

I always order online on my way to work. Today I ordered while driving home from a friends and the order went automatically to mid city. I always pick up from West Hollywood. As I’m sitting at the Weho location for a while I finally realize the order went to mid city. I called mid city and they were so nice to refund me. I didn’t expect that at all.
