El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I came here for the first time. Food was great! Service was great except for situations that there were out of the employees hands. I wish I know the name and info of the owner in this location. As it was sad to see only 3 employees plus the manager dealing with so many things at the same time. We were traveling and stop to eat and use the restroom, my little granddaughter and my sister, and I were in line for more than 5 min. Since I wasn't in a hurry I decided to go and order my food and come back to use the bathroom. But I went, I order and they still were there waiting My husband knocked the door and someone came out screaming at him for not been patient! This location need more employees, the whole restaurant including the restrooms are in need of been cleaned. I appreciate everyone there, thanks to their hard work my family and I can enjoy. That delicious food! I specially appreciate Martin the cashier for his good service and his calm while dealing with me, he had a gesture of kidness and I really value that. I wish I can do...

I went to get 2 bowls of tortilla soup. I had stopped at CVS first and bought a bag of chocolate so I brought it into the restaurant so that it wouldn't melt but it was just as hot inside as outside. I was told that the air condition har been out for 2 weeks in the blazing heat. Isn't this against the law? The workers were really positive about the situation but I was really worried about how healthy it is for them and if anyone's sweat was dropping into the food. It's not right for any worker to endure circumstances like that. Its been so hot and on top on the temperature overheating, they also had heat from the stove. Someone should get the inspectors out there and rush the repair...

I came to this location w/ my hubby to eat a chicken tortilla soup and a 2pc meal combo .Let me tell you that the customer service with Juan was awesome 👌 and the food was fast and very good quality, the chicken was just right and all the food was hot .I've been to other Pollo Loco locations and the food is unevenly hot and the tortillas are always hard on one side and kinda soft on the other , chicken always burnt and hard to chew..But here at this Location was very good .I clean my plate clean. I'm very happy with everything..We will definitely stop...
