El Sazon Oaxaqueno — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went here with my wife. We where having dinner with her cousins and auntie.We all ordred our food. When the waitres finidhed bringing thre food she approached me and stated that they have no tortiilas for tge wet burrito. She asked if I wanted anything easy? I stated" NO " . This was bad customer service. She took our order and asked wet or dry burrito. She waited to tell me the have no torrtilas for burritos when she was serving my wife and family members. She should have told me that when I first ordered orvat least when all the food was being made. There was no excsuse for bad customer sevice. She took it off the bill. I paid but no...

The food and atmosphere were very good, and I really enjoyed the warm, family-style mom and pop vibe this place has. The only suggestion I’d make is to be a little more flexible with requests. I asked for chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and chorizo, but they said they could only do chilaquiles with chorizo because eggs are only served during breakfast hours. The funny thing is that chilaquiles are traditionally a breakfast dish too, so it felt a bit contradictory to hold so tightly to those breakfast/lunch/dinner distinctions.

I can't give it a four star and I am reserving my five star for that special place that I know I will find. The food the was Good and the restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. Clean! Which is an awesome plus. Didn't like the location, I found parking by luck only. The little Plaza parking is tight. The parking there is an accident to happen. A little disappointed to find that when I went to pay my check, I had close to a two dollar surcharge to use my debit card. I didn't get debit surcharge when we ate at the Queen Mary.
