Grandview Cafe & Store — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered two simple sandwiches online. When I go there to pick them up, she didn't have the order. She didn't offer to refund the money or make them anyway. I showed her the email receipt and my credit card site showing it was charged. After literally 15 minutes of trying to get her to either give me a refund or make the sandwiches, her manager finally said to make them. She proceeded to take 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches... And made them wrong. Ordered turkey, lettuce, tomato and mayo. She added onions, Sriracha and Velveeta cheese. Hardly any...

Asked for a “plain” iced matcha with no sweetener or creamer/milk but received a milky sweet drink because all they have is a mix. The very kind person working there gave a refund, no complaints about service at all - but the owner should be clearer about what’s on offer here, and ideally carry real matcha if they have that...
