I recently had the pleasure of dining at Goobne Chicken, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience! The chicken here is unlike anything I've tried before—perfectly crispy on the outside, yet so tender and juicy on the inside, all without the greasiness of traditional fried chicken.

The Volcano Wings were a standout for me; they had just the right amount of spice, delivering a kick without overpowering the natural flavors of the chicken. And the Soy Garlic flavor? Simply divine! It's the perfect blend of sweet and savory.

The ambiance of the restaurant is just as delightful as the food. It's clean, modern, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They really make you feel welcome and ensure that your dining experience is top-notch.

I've been patronizing Goobne Chicken since they opened their KTown location. It's a dream come true to be able to taste and order healthy and tasty chicken wings that I initially watched on "Business Proposal" on Netflix. The ambiance is very modern and hip, which suits their innovative menu. I phoned a half and half order of Galbi wings and Soy Garlic wings. Depending on how busy they get, it usually takes 20-30 minutes for an order to be ready.

My order was fresh and ready at the promised pick up time. I brought these wings to my lunch potluck at work and it seems like my colleagues enjoyed it. Both the soy garlic and galbi wings were flavorful, juicy, tender and did not miss out on the umami. Goobne Chicken is chef's kiss and I'll keep coming back. The store opened recently without thoughtful preparation. The absence of menus on Yelp or their website is not helpful, as there are no prices listed. Despite pre-ordering, I had to wait almost an hour due to the workers' lack of competence. They couldn’t find my name, yet my order was already out - a rookie mistake. The staff, mostly fresh out of high school, appear pretentious but lack proper training and knowledge of restaurant operations. There is no manager present to provide training. While I personally enjoyed their sweet and sour dish, the Galbi was disappointing. The wings are sizable but seem to be straight from Costco, baked, and sauced with nothing special.
