⭐️⭐️ GOODNEIGHBORRESTAURANT⭐️⭐️ 🥙 😃 🥖 🍲 🫒 🥘 😅🍛 😄🥞 I found this restaurant🎥 in Hollywood district to be an extraordinary place to sit and fill up!🥚🌯🥗🥕🥐🥔 And hang out!! I grew up in a small town called Banks Oregon. They always had small breakfast diners like this one... The kind that makes you feel like you're in a old classic movie from the 60s... and brings me back to the gooniess of Oregons coast.. remember the deblunes, the 🪨 Rock and the lighthouse, little Mikey had a match😘😍🥰 Well, God-bless this little amazing good neighborhood restaurant call me crazy. I found my new restaurant home n felt SO good aboit my decision.. I'll be back..!! It has a large variety of pictures from The sixties and seventies, nick nacks, and wall doodles that made me feel like a kid again. Im only 43.. But the smells and the feeling of the restaurant bring me back to home... I was going to do some work, but decided to do a review instead... Happy i did... 😇🫡Because this place is awesome! And the customer service is excellent!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I literally spilled my glass of water while I was speaking on the phone to my therapist and they came out and cleaned everything for me and around me while I was Sitting here.And the restaurant has a very feel at home, grandma's and mom's best sunday breakfast and brunch ... Thank you Glenda my server, Betty restaurant owner and Rick!They have been working hard since 1978 to build a fine establishment in this Hollywood Hometown district..And I'm VERY MUCHh excited to call this ESTABLISHMENT MY New Go to breakfast diner!! when I visit the hollywood district!!! GOOD STUFF!

A delicious diner in the valley. It’s one of the better diners in the area which is already full of great and historic diners. It feels like you are eating in someone’s home. I would classify this place as a classic country style diner. The sort of place where locals lineup to have their daily meal and there is always a revolving board of specials. They have a fairly large menu with a ton of options on it and service is very fast. Our waiter was also really polite and we were checked in on many times by many different employees. They have a small parking lot attached to the front of the restaurant, otherwise it will be free street parking in the neighborhood behind. As mentioned, the menu is pretty large so it took me a minute to decide which dish I wanted to order. I ended up choosing the Eggs Alla Fisdale because Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish. This one is unique because they use a cheddar cheese sauce, which basically tasted like a cheesy hollandaise. It was honestly delicious and really made the meal. The eggs were cooked perfectly and I loved it. We also split a Banana Pudding for dessert and it was good but nothing special. We ordered some Caramel Lattes to begin our meal, and they were very tasty and strong. I would recommend them. Overall a delicious diner with fair pricing and free parking. I would recommend to anyone searching for a great breakfast option in the valley.

My fiancé and I were on the way to Universal Studios to spend a day at the theme park/studio. We were en route when we realized, our original breakfast plan was not to our liking, so we immediately googled “Best breakfast near Universal.” Boy, did Google get it right with this one! I had the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes with a bowl of fruit. My fiancé had the omelette with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms with a side of fruit. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the meal, and the atmosphere was very inviting, with what I could make out as the owner and his wife running the show and welcoming each guest. I will be back!

Love this place, I’m glad I found this gem! I was greeted immediately and waved at as soon as I walked in the door, as if they knew me already. I was still greeted a few more times as I walked to the table. My boyfriend and I were very surprised at how friendly everyone was, this being LA after all; so the name definitely rings true. We were served drinks immediately and the staff remained attentive the whole time. My pancakes and sausage were very good, just as if they were homemade :) There were a lot of appealing options on the menu, it was hard to choose. Oh, and Edward James Olmos was sitting a couple tables away from me ;)

A+ all around! We came up through a crazy morning of LA traffic frazzled and hungry on our way to Universal Studios. Wanting to have a nice sit down breakfast we got so lucky we found Good Neighbor! Everything went so smoothly, and food was out so quickly! From being warmly greeted at the front door, to the wonderful staff, the food hit the spot, endless coffee…. I just can’t say enough good things! So if you’re in the area and want a wonderful breakfast with smiles and coffee, this is your place! (Our 8yo loved the chocolate pancakes and I loved their Breakfast Sandwich with bacon, the side potatoes were to die for!)
