Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

December 25, 2023 I stood and waited for the person to take my order, after 15 minutes a man came up and started asking what I wanted to order, I told him show mein, the girl next to me who was packing the orders began to quickly collect the show mein completely, the man said wait another 10 minutes, I said that I was already standing for 15 minutes, why did she decide to serve the online order in the first place, to which she rudely told me “others placed the order first,” although I stood for a long time and waited for her to come. In the end, I didn’t argue, I just left. Today, February 22, 2024, I came to this establishment again. A girl (Bethany, it seems the same woman from December) took my order and punched a plate instead of a bowl, I asked to change it to a bowl, she called the manager and he did everything quickly, I stood there waiting for my order for 15 minutes. She served all the people who stood behind me, and didn’t want to prepare my order. I ask her to call the manager in a calm tone, she says “call him yourself.” A woman runs up to me, I explain this situation, she offered to quickly make food and give it to me, I asked just to return the money, a second manager comes, I explain the situation to him, he calls another manager, and after 30 minutes of wasted time, they returned the money to me, and when This is also the wrong amount. I normally don't bash on any place of business. However, this Panda Express location in Studio City definitely did not live up to the Panda Express lreputation. The staff experienced some chaos as an employee knocked over what appeared to be a cash register. The young lady who appeared to be a supervisor came unhinged. I was patiently waiting for my order as three or four customers that came in after me were rang up. I asked about my order and noticed a plate with the 4 items I selected was sitting behind the serving bins. When I asked if that was "my" order, the employee snapped at me and said "no it is not!". I waited as more people were rang up, and I asked where my order was. The employee rolled her eyes at me. I mentioned again that the plate sitting behind the counter had the items I ordered. In a very rude tone, the associate stated, "This is not your order!" I was embarrassed at her tone of voice and walked out. She said this in front of other customers. I was upset enough that I called the Panda Express corporate office. I believe in customer service. All sales associates are ambassadors for the business. I am highly disappointed with the service at this location. I am an avid fan of Panda Express. My experience at every location has been stellar. Panda panda panda panda well let me tell you I just left your store horrible horrible horrible customer service not only me and my girlfriend just paid for our food but the Mr. Order. Mind you if we didn't check our food we woulda went home without even having the right order. If we didn't double check. Thank God we did so we told them that our food was not the right order. So they made us wait about 10 good minutes before they gave us the right order as everybody passed by us as they haven't paid yet but they getting their food as served. And I'm a happy paying customer but it's OK though thank God I have Google views because this is why I'm writing about review. I will never come back to this Panda Express ever again.
