The staff experienced some chaos as an employee knocked over what appeared to be a cash register. The young lady who appeared to be a supervisor came unhinged. I was patiently waiting for my order as three or four customers that came in after me were rang up. I asked about my order and noticed a plate with the 4 items I selected was sitting behind the serving bins. When I asked if that was "my" order, the employee snapped at me and said "no it is not!". I waited as more people were rang up, and I asked where my order was. The employee rolled her eyes at me. I mentioned again that the plate sitting behind the counter had the items I ordered. In a very rude tone, the associate stated, "This is not your order!" I was embarrassed at her tone of voice and walked out. She said this in front of other customers. I was upset enough that I called the Panda Express corporate office. I believe in customer service. All sales associates are ambassadors for the business. I am highly disappointed with the service at this location. I am an avid fan of Panda Express. My experience at every location has been stellar. Mind you if we didn't check our food we woulda went home without even having the right order. If we didn't double check. Thank God we did so we told them that our food was not the right order. So they made us wait about 10 good minutes before they gave us the right order as everybody passed by us as they haven't paid yet but they getting their food as served. And I'm a happy paying customer but it's OK though thank God I have Google views because this is why I'm writing about review. I will never come back to this Panda Express ever again.
