Decided to give Graziella another chance at the urging of my co-workers who were in the mood for pizza on a Wednesday afternoon. What a big mistake.

Ordered a plain pie and nothing else. Pizza came about 30 minutes later. Which was pretty quick. After we opened the pizza box and tried to cut the slices, the cheese and crust were both rubbery! I can't believe it! This pizza had to have been an order that was either sent back or never picked up and they just reheated it in their oven prior to delivering it to us. Took a lot of effort just to chew a slice. The entire layer of rubbery cheese came right off the rubbery oil-soaked bread. We all looked at each other and wondered what the hell happened to this pizza pie.

After that experience my co-workers and I are forever done with Graziella. They used to have high quality pizza back in the days. Such a shame they no longer care about the quality of their food or the...

This place is horrible! I went in to eat, and the woman at the desk was very rude. She basically told me that she would not serve me because my elderly grandmother had a service dog. I even asked to place the order at the door, and then she began saying "I dont speak english." She was being very nice to the spanish family that was there eating however.
