I felt like they do not care about new customers at all.. I went to do my nails when I got there I was smiling to the owner and she was very rude to me then I asked her for a color and she said that color was very clear so I understood and decided to go for white tip, then I told her medium size and ballerina style, she looked at me like I was a dumb person and starter to cut them but they looked very pointy and glue was not applied properly. I was looking at my nails and they she asked me " is there something wrong with them, you don like it" and I explained to her why I did not liked them she got mad at me and told me " I do not have time for you, I will take them off and go somewhere else. ( by the way it was only me and another customer in the entire place) she said "I will take the tip of and you go away" she made me feel so bad and she told me " you do not even know what you want) it thing that if you have a business you need to be patient and advise your customers about what looks good or not and make them feel welcome and satisfied. She was pulling my fingers very hard and then I decided just to leave but before I left I told her that it was unprofessional what she did and she said that she did not care because she has a lot of customers. I understand maybe $ 30 does not mean anything to her but he hurt my feelings and made me feel very bad and mad at the same time. I was about to leave and she just said "wash your hands and go away" left by the time I left I was crying because that is not the way you treat a customer even if you do not like your customer. I already talked with a lawyer about this and I am not sure if I should proceed or not. I decided to write this review since I noticed the owner replies and apologizes quickly I do not expect an apology I just want her to know that that is not the way you treat any customer and if you do not like your customer for any reason just finish your job, please your customer and next time tell your customer you are busy before you start...

While charge me instead of lowering the price? Very unproffessional and tacky service! Their so rude to their clients? Not all but some? Plus it's overrated with their gel nails prices! I would recommend going somewhere else. Unless you want to wait for hours and hours ! Go somewhere else and get your bails done how you want! Ms.Holly she can be a pain at times very rude to clients! Even when I told her it hurt, she didn’t care and seemed upset with me. Every time I say something to her, she shows impatience and looks annoyed, which makes me feel uncomfortable.
