I'm a long time customer of this Habit Burger location. I go there for lunch during work every once in two weeks.
Since couple weeks ago I noticed the togo box is filled with liquid. The sandwich was drenched with water. The bread was soggy and everything fell apart after taking one bite. The lettuce wasn't fresh at all. The entire burger was dripping liquid. Absolutely disgusting.
It happened three times in a row recently. First it was Santa Barbara Char and then Chicken Caprese sandwich twice. On my fourth visit I told the staff about the experience. This girl with the weight who appeared to be the store manager shook her head and told me their togo burgers are sometimes like that. What a silly excuse. I've been a customer for years and their burgers were never submerged in liquid like this. Well, I was certain that the cook didn't like my complaint. He gave me that unpleasant and aggressive gaze on me. I was pretty sure he was mad because he tossed my food like it's no man's business when it was ready.
Well, it happened four times now. I highly suggest you to go somewhere else. Unless you want a burger that is submerged in some unknown liquid. This problem will probably last for a while judging by how the staff handles this issue. Go to in-n-out instead. They serve better burger for half of the price of these...
Read moreWow! Fantastic customer service with delicious food! I have nothing negative at all to say; I had an absolutely wonderful time & meal with my daughter here. We don’t often eat fast food/casual food as I prefer to cook at home in order to save money and be healthier, but I wanted to reward her great grades so I downloaded the App to see if there were any deals.
I’m so glad I did! I forgot that I was given a free char cheeseburger with the purchase of a drink for my birthday late November, which I hadn’t used and it still had not expired. I thought I would give that to my daughter and I would try the new Santa Barbara char.
We did just that and had, an OMGGG we feasted in complete silence for the first 6 minutes because it was that good! I couldn’t finish the other half of my burger, but that and the rest of my fries made an awesome late night dinner snack later on.
The best part of the whole situation was the customer service since I believe that is a true mark of the heart of any business or establishment.

Read moreI go to this habit all the time. When I got to the counter she asked me what kind of sauce I'd like with my onion rings. And I said blue cheese which is what I usually get. And she said no. We have to have a different sauce. And they're going to charge us for it. I guess they charge $0.60 now. I just told her no, we pay enough here. These little nickel and dime charges, that's what eventually puts a restaurant out of business. There was another place down the road, a sub shop and they charged extra for cheese. They're out of business now. I'm not going to come here that much anymore. I don't feel like getting nickel and dime to death. There's too many other restaurants that don't charge you for little crap like this. Doesn't cost them anything. They just want to shaft you. Legally of course.
