Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Barista was working at an EXTREMELY slow pace, and did not seem to care that there was a growing line of people waiting for their drinks to be delivered. He was making almost 1 or 2 coffees every 5-7 minutes, at best. He was also making a lot of mistakes with the orders, and seemed to be confused as to where different things were.. however throughout the time I was there he seemed not to care about his job at all.

Eventually after over 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for my order to be cancelled as I needed to get to my flight. He simply waved off his hand at me in a “I dont care” expression and said “See you later”.

All the customers were extremely agitated by his behavior and lack of work ethic, and no matter who talked to him, he seemed not to care at all and was there working in slow motion ignoring everything and everyone around him. Rest of the staff did not seem to...

Coffee is of mediocre quality. Staff is very monosyllabic that feels almost rude. Additional annoyance: For years, I've been using a keep-cup at Starbucks all over the world (we have 2022 and acting responsibly with regards to the environment is important, e.g. by reducing waste). But this is not possible at this Starbucks. As if this was not bad enough - instead of telling me while ordering or at least before getting me pay the coffee, I was handed my coffee in a paper cup. THEN they told me they are not allowed to use keep-cups. This is a type of customer communication every company should really avoid, because I will never buy anything there...

I ordered sausage cheddar & egg, double smoked bacon cheddar and egg. Sausage cheddar & egg, It was not even warm but i just ate it because i know that they are super busy and I don't wanna wait. But the double smoked bacon cheddar & egg, it was way cold. It was cold as it just came out of refrigerator. I couldn't take it. So i took it to them say that it's very cold. No apologies from them. They just warmed? It up again but this time it was over cooked. Thanks worst Starbucks ever in the world. I am editing this so i can write that several hours later I got stomach ache and diarrhea....
