Hatch Kitchen in Pico is a clean, warm, and inviting little spot with solid food across the board and chill vibes. The wings have a great rubs and wraps shine with queso and tots. The Hatch breakfast sandwich is a consistent winner, but all wraps are also perfectly toasted (if that is your preference). Smoothies and coffee are solid. The green shake is better than it sounds and the blue is off-the-chain-good. It's like we now have our own little kosher Erewhon counter. Veggies like cauliflower and green beans were a surprise highlight: crunchy, flavorful, and evenly cooked. The best thing is that they focus on healthy ingredients without seed oils (except in some sauces), and the food leaves you feeling satisfied without greasy or bloated feelings like most places.
