It's Boba Time - Panorama City — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have been ordering here for years since it opened I don’t know what’s going on you pay for and order extra toppings they don’t add them you go back and ask for them to be added and act as if you didn’t pay for it when it’s on the receipt. What’s worse is I drive back home come to find out they didn’t added more toppings you ordered it’s completely annoying!!!! I swear I’m here eating soup açaí because they didn’t remake it just put the topping on top because the ingredients are expensive, well if they are expensive you get it right the first time! What’s worse is I paid them a tip because I enjoy coming here but that went down the drain! You need to triple or quadruple check to make sure they got your order right or else you’ll be left with paying extra and not getting...

Overall this is a great place for boba. I got a peach fruit tea—it had good flavor and the boba had a nice consistency. The boba was fresh and gummy. The drink could have had more peach flavor. The boba to drink ratio was good (not to much, not too little) and the boba is free to add. The fruit pieces were good, seemed like real chopped up fruit. Quick service, line moves fast. Mango smoothie with mango popping boba. Mango Shaved ice with boba. Macarons chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, acai, pistachio. Did not like the rose.

Update: Order 3 mango shaved ice but... they were not the same as last time. What I mean is they were not served like the first time I got it less mango and boba. -2 starts. Service was fast....
