My friend introduced me to this small deli place right outside the Mariachi Plaza Metro station, we drove there to pick up tortas (Mexican traditionals sandwiches), we ordered a total of 4 tortas, by far my favorite was the pork torta, I ordered mine with no beans and no onions, the lady that took our order was so accomadating and had no problem with the special order, my friend ordered his without onions as well, the bread was toasted perfectly to the point that we both ate them approximately 30+ minutes after we picked them up and they were still fresh and not soggy at all when we got back to my place in Los Feliz, all fresh ingredients, nice size all 4 for $20, really small deli with fresh juices and a small menu but definitely worth the...

I have been coming to the shop since I was a teenager and I can't believe I didn't write a review sooner. Iove their tortas, they are made with so much love & presented with perfection. The meat is tender and juicy always. My mom also loves them, she says they remind her of ones she had growing up in Mexico. They sell plenty of delicious options as well. Ranging from ice cream, nachos, smoothies etc. If you're ever in Boyle Heights I highly recommend it's definitely a gem & it will forever be my favorite place to grab a torta. Inside you'll find seating and the walls are filled with artwork. Every time I eat inside they have amazing customer service 10/10...
