WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I met with the general manager Chris, who, by the way, is a rather young gentleman with a bright head on his shoulders and a firm. Understanding of quality product and customer satisfaction. to describe that dining area. It is superb very clean and Immaculately so the type of establishment where you already know that it's okay for your little girl to use the restroom because it's prestine in there. (And I really didn't have to evaluate it because like I said...) My order was succinctly presented and hot, tasty and amazing to the eye (with even my specifications considered which was no brocoli). Although an honest mistake which was no steak included... the owner quickly through me a bowl he prepared himself with no hesitation after confirming the mistake when I allowed him to view my receipt...with extras... double or probably triple the amount! SOLID! He had no idea that I was going to review his establishment. He's such an awesome dude. He even threw me some dumplings which were absolutely delectable. I am going to continue to come here. ITS CLEAN AND THE TABLES AND FLOORS AND WALLS AND COUNTERS AND EMPLOYEES...

My very first time at Waba Grill, even though it’s been in business for quite a few years. I visited the San Pedro location on Gaffey St. While it’s hard for me to review the atmosphere since I was ordering a To Go order, the store seemed clean and safe. The counter clerk (Gerry) was extremely friendly, especially after I told him it was my first time there. I asked if he could give me a general rundown of their menu, which he did, and he was super patient when I asked a couple of stupid questions lol. The food was tasty, but overpriced for the amount given. They also need to do better on the cut of their beef, as it had some gristle. This may be the beef purchased by corporate, as opposed to the prep worker’s skill in the kitchen. My impression is that the “kitchen staff” is simply 1 or 2 employees who simply assemble and heat the menu items. Nevertheless, Gerry was a good employee to have up front since he was both friendly and helpful. I may go back to give it one more try. Good location, clean and safe, with plenty of free parking in the back parking lot, and free side street...
