Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is a disgrace. On Aug 24th around noon or 12:30 ish I drove into the parking lot because at first I was going to go through the drive thru, but I had to use the restroom and it was urgent. I walk inside and this Hispanic boy was at the cash register doing something. I asked him a question, but he prob couldn't hear me with the thick bullet proof glass. So I tapped on the metal tray. He ignored me. He ignored everyone because there was slowly a line forming Then I tapped on the plexiglass with my phone to get his attention. I asked if he could please open the bathroom so I could use it. He looked up at me totally annoyed and said is only for customers. I explained I was going to go through the drive thru but had to go. He said "if you don't purchase anything, I'm not going to open it". This was upsetting because I have a disability and really had to go. He refused. Why would I purchase food and then take it in to the bathroom with me? That is downright RUDE. I used to love Jack in the box but now I'll take my business elsewhere. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Additionally, I have noticed a recurring issue with the availability of menu items, specifically shakes, during the night. Despite the menu indicating that shakes are available, the staff frequently claim they do not have any, which seems to be a decision made independently and not in line with company policy. This not only reflects poorly on your brand but also results in a loss of potential sales for your business.

They have a sign on the door saying that dining room hours are from a certain time to a certain time I was there between those times and the door was locked I really had a taste for Jack in the Box so I waited and an employee came out and I said are you opening the doors and she said I don't know and had an attitude and then went behind the building and did something now I'm assuming because of the area and the people that walk around there that probably come in and out of the dining area they lock the doors so the dope fiends don't come in but she might be a dope head herself because if she was just smoking cigarettes she wouldn't have to go behind the building so I don't know if y'all should trust the food being prepared by those type of employees.
