Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went there about 2 months ago and the way food was handle it was disgusting. The gentle man that looks like a surfer was charging the customers as well as touching the subs he dint change his gloves I have it on video I just don’t want to put him on the spot . When I got home I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explain to him what had happen I told him I was not going to eat my food I ask him if I can bring the food back and get a refund he said unfortunately we can’t do that but I can sent you some Mike’s cards I said great he ask me for my info and I gave it to him till this day I have not received anything. I know it tock me 2 months to put this up but I had Surgery and my husband did too I did not had the time to put this up sooner but now I want to know where are my cards. don’t lie to people just to get them off your back that’s not right. I recently visited this store with my seven year old son. We ordered our usual and went to the table to eat. After opening my sandwich I realized it wasn’t cut in half. No big deal of course but when I asked the lady at the register if she can cut it in half she looked at me and quickly walked away. My sandwich sat there on the counter next to the register for quiet some time. I went back to ask if she was going to have it cut? I couldn’t believe it when handed me a 10’ kitchen knife and said you can do it yourself. Unbelievable! My son and I asked for refund and walked out the site. She refused to give me her name. This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately that’s the lowest. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional the employees are overly rude and their service is awful. First time I went there I taught maybe they were having a bad day let me give another try, but I guess not, because this is the fourth time and they are getting worse by the minute. When you ask for their names or the managers name they won’t give it to you because they know what they are doing is wrong.
