let’s play guess the drink: do we think it’s the coconut milk tea? due to its white color? you’d be wrong. this was the brown sugar milk TEA. this tastes like $8 milk. i have worked at two boba stores before y’all ut doesn’t take 20 minutes for 4 cups when you have zero customers. the customer service is so bad it’s not even a language barrier issue theyre just petty 😭🙏 i saw the girl make my ice cream she legit stepped back. paused. and started to laugh at it. there were three rolls of ice cream in that 8 dollar cup. the fruit tea was made in a cup that had milk tea in it because rhe girl didn’t bother to wash it. one of my drinks wasn’t even ready after the 20 minutes, and we had to go up and ask for it to be made. lady tried gaslighting us into thinking it was our fault. bye as hell you have one job. how do you get paid $14 an hour (it says it on the wall) and not do your job. the boba you made poorly would’ve cost you half an hour. in short boba tastes better when made by depressed and underpaid...

ROACH INFESTATION!! I’m honestly still in shock. I ordered a sealed boba drink, drank almost the whole thing, and at the very end saw a roach floating at the bottom — sealed inside the cup the entire time. When we brought it back to the shop, the guy working there looked like he hated his life and casually said, “Yeah… we sometimes get bugs in the ice.” Excuse me?! If that’s the case, shut the place down. This wasn’t just gross — it was absolutely unacceptable and a serious health risk. I wouldn’t wish this...

this boba place is located in chinatown and is very busy! they sell unique flavors that you cannot find at other boba places. this place is not sit down as it is a small stall where you order and go. i got the kumquat lemon boba and my brother got the fruit bundle tea. the prices were reasonable and the drinks were delicious! service was a bit slow, but they had a lot of customers and only two workers, so i understand....
