Horrible service , I ordered a cake just like the ones that have on display for my daughters’s 1st bday, pink with top pink flowers all around. Got there to pick up, cake was completely different , it had only a pink trim ,they tried to fix it but not what I wanted , so I was upset.The man in the front was so rude(owner ), no customer service at all , never apologize for the mistake and at some point he was yelling at me and accused me instead. He said , “what else do you want , we fix it “ But I paid for a special cake , they did something else , I just wanted a pretty cake for my daurthers fist bday, but I guess you really get what you pay for . My daughter and her dad came here to buy her 6th bday cake last minute and my baby is in love with strawberries so she wanted a bunch of strawberries on her cake we didn’t mind paying extra as long as it is how she wants it and she is happy she is the one who’s going to eat it but the lady told them she couldn’t add more even if she charged extra and just said she wouldn’t with no clear reason . I wouldn’t buy from here again they did not make anything work for them to make the cake as desired . Perfect place, good prices, many years of experience. Iv’been ordering cakes there fir more than 15 yeas. And all the time is the same, good cakes, and they do it right how we order them. No problems with anything. And so many peolpe I know ordering from them all the time. Even churches order form them 2-3- times a month. So there is not a posibility to have a wierd cake as the one. shown in a picture. I tecommend it 100%.
