Iโm not sure why there are bad reviews here. I have come into this McDonaldโs many times and never had any issues with my orders or with customer service.
I stopped in yesterday and tried to place my order of the 2-cheeseburger Extra Value meal ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ฅค through my app ๐ฑ, and also get an additional free cheeseburger ๐ (a third cheeseburger) with 1500 of my Rewards points. So in total, I was intending to purchase my 2-cheeseburger Extra Value meal (through my regular credit card purchase through the app) + redeem an additional cheeseburger with 1500 of my Rewards points that would expire on 10/1/23. But much to my dismay, the app ๐ฑ was acting up and not cooperating ๐!
The manager on duty, Karla Marquez, looked at my app, and saw that the app quickly took 1500 of my rewards points without letting me redeem the free cheeseburger ๐ฌ.
She offered to take my order the manual cashier way (which I was really grateful for ๐ ) by allowing me to pay for the 2-cheeseburger Extra Value meal ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ฅค with my physical credit card ๐ณ right at the counter ๐! And she added the 3rd cheeseburger ๐ that the app was supposed to allow me to redeem with my 1500 Rewards points โบ๏ธ!
Thanks a million ๐, Karla, for making my day yesterday so much brighter ๐๐!! You really came to the rescue ๐ ๐ when the phone app ๐ฑ swallowed my Rewards points ๐ฌ!!
Although the small parking lot ๐ ๐ ฟ๏ธ can be a little challenging, and sometimes I have to park on the residential street near this McDonaldโs, there are plenty of spacious tables to sit at inside ๐!

Rarely do I EVER share anything but positive comments unless I truly feel that my, many other cars who were basically held hostage in the drive through. I was two cars from the window and waited 15 to 20 minutes. The car at the window took an exceptionally long time. Cars were shutting off the engines to their cars in frustration. When I finally reached the window, there was NO apology or any sense of recognition for the patience of those who had no choice but to remain in line. I politely asked for a complimentary small fries ๐ as a gesture for being inconvenienced. With kids at home calling to see what was happening. They never do that. Not only were employees seemingly angered, which I'm sure had a lot to do with the lengthy issues with the previous order, they got my order, which was relatively easy,.wrong!. Yes, I washed my hands. I told my cousin to get out of the car and let's just have lunch here.
