This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve a one star I’m gonna give it zero stars. I will never eat at McDonald’s again because of the situation that I witness. I went to McDonald’s today and I was sitting and eating my food. when a homeless man came in he wasn’t disrespectful he wasn’t rude and he went to the register to order a hamburger. the manager at the cash register denied him and said he could not buy a hamburger. told him he needed to leave and he asked why can’t I buy hamburger and she said no get out I was so upset that the manager refused to serve him he had money he didn’t do anything wrong the fact that McDonald’s would not let someone buy food because he was homeless he was hungry he had money he wasn’t doing anything and this McDonald’s refused him to get food. I asked them why can’t he buy a hamburger they said they have a problem with homeless people. I said but he didn’t do anything wrong I said I will buy him a meal. I proceeded to buy him a meal but I went outside to tell him that I was buying him food and another employee made him go away. at that point he was upset because he was hungry they refused him to be able to buy any food and he had to leave the property. I have never witnessed anything so disrespectful so rude and no heart at all. the fact that a homeless person came in here because he was hungry and McDonald’s wouldn’t take his money. I will never spend my hard earning money at McDonald’s because of that reason. The homeless man was hungry and all he wanted was a hamburger and McDonald’s didn’t let him buy a hamburger. that broke my heart and I started crying to witness something so mean from establishment. so whatever manager that was working at McDonald’s needs to be talked to and the owners need to go over customer service because if that’s how they handle your business that’s horrible. Read moreToday is December 5, 2017 I went through the drive-through and had a wonderful experience with the two gentleman that dealt with in the drive-through. Because there was a lot of traffic I did not want to drive and eat so I sat in the parking lot and had my food. Needing to use the bathroom I proceeded to walk in and throw away my garbage. As I use the restroom I see an employee coming out of the men’s stall. He proceeds to walk past me past the sink and not wash his hands. I then called the supervisor and as I sit in their parking lot I tell the her what happened. I proceed to hang out with her and I watch from the parking lot she tells this gentleman what I have said and everything that went on on in our phone call. He still sits at the register as I speak now having still not gone to the restroom and wash his hands. This is disgusting one of the nastiest things I have seen in a very long time in a restaurant. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but his blatant disregard to listen to his supervisor or even go and just wash his nasty ass hands baffles my mind. I’ve been encounter with some bad services and at the same time been discriminated. Unfortunately since Covid -19 started they started take safe protocols. I totally understand and I’m with it. I show up to get my usual and when I got to the window to pay I show my phone soy they can get the code for a special coupon. The lady which I did not get the name say to me “sorry but we cannot scan you phone” she said “because of COVID 19 we are not allowed to touch any phone. I totally understand but when I told her that she can just get the code number like they always do, but before I finish my sentence she reply in a strong tone I’m sorry but I’m not going to do that.
