I’m absolutely disgusted by the sign outside this McDonald’s. “Just say no to solicitors” and “simply ignore them”? This isn’t just offensive—it’s a slap in the face to the very concept of humanity. Do you have any idequiet a what ignoring someone does to their confidence and self-esteem? It’s emotionally damaging, isolating, and cruel beyond words.

Let’s talk about numbers. McDonald’s rakes in billions of dollars every single year. This is one of the most profitable corporations in the world, yet your grand idea of “giving back” to the community is to encourage customers to ignore someone asking for a sandwich or a Coca-Cola? With all your wealth, all your resources, this is what you’ve chosen to stand for—turning your back on people who might be desperate for even a shred of kindness?

To the owners: you ought to be ashamed. You’ve taken your global success and turned it into an excuse to punch down at those who have nothing. Instead of being a symbol of community and care, this McDonald’s has become a symbol of everything wrong with corporate greed.

The employees are disrespectful. Just because one racist old white woman complain about me, just because I'm middle-eastern, the cashier and manager are refusing to serve me, saying its because someone complained about me. All i did was walk in and stood in line and look thru my McDonald's app, and never said nor did anything, and I am be refused service out of pure racial discrimination. Its sad when just pure word of mouth is all it takes to be turn into a second-class citizen, and in a fast-food place at that. But McDonald's just doesn't care about facts when you're not White. If you're not White then you're not Right at this McDonald's location. I literally had to have the police called, just so they could make the manager service me as a customer. McDonalds has officially join Subway, 24 Hour Fitness and Starbucks in being places where racists are embolden to make sure you're treated like a 2nd class citizen. If you're a minority, prepare to call 9-1-1 so you can make an order. I shouldn't have to resort to calling the police to make a purchase, but that's exactly what happened just so I could order a couple of larger fries, i kid you not. Very bad Update: today the breakfast team got my order wrong from lady taking orders outside to cashier to pick up window. At pick up window we attempted again to try and explain so we were asked to pull forward, which we did while we waited for the order correct they owed us appx 5.00 back as well. The manager came out with the corrected food but argued over the almost 5.00 cash back! So she asked what is our problem? Not only the money we were owed but since when does the company argue over the small stuff? Well we told her that we would never come back here because of her and i promised her this horrible review to warn public about the attitudes of higher up employees. You can go here chances are you won't see the ugly we saw but, can you be sure? I wouldn't take chances with a better restaurant down on pico closer to westwood!
