This was by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved. There was one cashier doing individual gift cards for a woman FOR OVER 20 MINUTES. When myself and the other customers spoke up about the outrageous wait the boy handling the kiosk talked to me as if I were stupid saying he asked me earlier (which I had NOT been approached) and when I informed him I’d be paying with cash he said he still could have done it - so I immediately asked if someone could help me with it so I could place my order AND THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME NO. Just a straight no and walked away. By the end of it I was absolutely livid. My entire lunch break was waisted and I had been completely disrespected by the staff. I patiently and calmly asked to speak to the manager, and when I started explaining the wait and my experience she started shaking her head laughing at me. She said they have multiple kiosks so the wait was my own fault, and when I noted that I was paying with cash she scoffed at me and said they could have done it anyway. I asked her how would I have known that it takes cash if there’s only a place for credit card payment and no one said anything otherwise? Instead of being sincere, trying to resolve the issue, or even acting like a normal adult, she began to speak over me and repeat sorry every time I tried to say something - like a child would do. I was angry to the point that I was shaking and as I started to say that this was the worst customer service I have ever recieved she laughed and turned her back to me and walked away. As I was speaking.
Never in my life have I been so disrespected by someone supposed to be in a management role. As a small business owner, I would never let my customers wait that long because of one customer I knew was going to take a while and I would NEVER disrespect, talk over, cut off, or turn my back to a customer - especially if they are calmly sharing their grievances. This manager does not deserve her role by any means and the staff sincerely need a good lesson in the basics of...
Read moreShakes were available. Looks to be all female staff, but panicked with Drive Thru orders. I was a walk in, and the Cashier was not well prepared nor listened well, She also got part of the order wrong, and not offering by asking the size of the shakes, I wanted large shakes, but instead assuming and charging for medium sizes, causing the Manager to step in when I questioned the sizes being prepared to be delivered,, as they looked to be small. Manager made corrections to the sizes making them large size, and provided a discount to each size shake by not charging extra, although I offered to pay the correct amounts. The Manager provided an excuse that the Cashier was new to the job, and it was only her third day on the job. The Manager helped with bringing my order to my car, as my order delivery was two trays of six shakes total and a bag of two large fries.
Poor training and inability to focus leads to panic. The Cashier is a poor reflection of service that I have never experienced in my 60 years of patronage of McDonalds.

Read moreScary, inner city fast food restaurant- lots of homeless and mentally ill people walking in and out of the restaurant. You have to be buzzed into bathrooms to get in. Lots of men not necessarily customers coming in to use restrooms. Employees also had to be buzzed in to gain access to kitchen. One woman paced up down with her face covered by a cloth standing in various places in restaurant, refused a city worker’s offer to buy her and her friend a meal, and rambled on about getting her Christmas. Prices were higher than most McDonald’s( This one was in Venice.) Street people wearing backpacks coming in and out. I quite frankly did not feel safe there. Parking lot was dark. Time in restaurant was limited to an hour. In front of a sign saying no outside drinks or food was a guy doing just that. No refill machines in site. Employees did not stay out on floor. Touch screens in lobby for ordering. Not a good location for a family restaurant. I can’t imagine why...
