McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

So I'm usually that guy that eat the same thing at every McDonald's.

2 burrito combo with coffee and 2 for 2 sausage mcmuffins.

This McDonald's had not only the worst service but also the most "it is what it is" attitude and horrible food!

They didn't have any kind of sugar other than sweet and low so she offered ice coffee as an alternative breakfast drink and I said sure cause unfortunately they didn't have any Orange juice, so she offered me would you like an ice coffee. I said sure that's fine cause its sweeten with caramel. Even thought the place had no other morning beverage and it was her idea they still charged me an additional 71 cents. Which I'd pay but I thought it was janky. I explained and she said "ok I'll tell my manager" which was good cause I just gave her a suggestion, it's what should be done.

But she actually called the manager and had him talk to me. Which I wasn't prepared for cause It was just an suggestion. I explain and his explanation was "the supplies truck is on its way" cutting me off as I was talking.

No "sorry", no we know but "let me give you other options.

So I just said it was just a comment and you shouldn't interrupt people as they're asking you a question and what's more it's not the customers fault that someone didn't order what was needed.

Here's the kicker. My ice coffee had no creamer or milk just coffee and a layer of caramel cause the pump was broken.

So she handed me 2 fist fulls of creamer and said there you go.

So I paid extra to have a deconstructed ice coffee.

I get to work have a completely over sweeten ice coffee that taste like pure sugar cause they over compensated for not having cream by adding way too much caramel and I take a bite out of the burrito and it has the hardest tortilla! Flour tortillas don't get hard easy, being heated unless they are burnt or have been out for a really long while, it was not burnt.

So never again.

Look, coming here reminds why I hate McDonald's not only is it unhealthy but in general a bad experience. The drive thru was too crowded Going in the store it was chaos I use the self help machine but when I did the special it didn't charge me correctly. When I tried to explain to a cashier, I get no hablo inglesses and then another I don't understand English really. Wow. The guy in the back said and so what is the problem and threw the bag with my order at me and went to the back. The manager didn't look happy and gave me a side way look. Non of the employees knew who orders belonged to who Then a customer asked for ketchup and the guy walked away and just said to someone you get it. Then really no one speaks English there Orr could help me get my order right, I am scared enough that they might spit in my food. But ok I have to speak Spanish to get help really wow. Lastly 1 of the employees must of been going on break or leaving just says to himself f this place thank God I am done or something. There you have it really wow well ok then my boycott of McDonald's continue thanks.

3rd trip here ordered this and said no pickles and extra onions. They kept saying no onions extra pickles what I never said that repeated myself 5 times. Now this is what I get extra pickles no onions and bad service really, I must hate myself for coming here 3 times and knowing the...

Free most of the people at this McDonald's are very good the gentleman that does the janitorial work man that guy works hard he's a great guy but the person at the register today I don't know what her problem was you know it's just so obvious that she's a coupe ball got some militant style when you ask her to do a simple request she doesn't like to acknowledge it unless of course you giving her the hablo espanol treatment then she's all giggly and happy but if you're being respectful and just asking for something simple like these toast my English muffin well done show just stare you is that all is that all refuses to acknowledge what you are saying back and well to be honest many times they get it wrong so lady in the back when she walks over to give her the ;-) you know do the muffin then she knows how to mess up your food so she gives you cold pancakes so by and large I say this McDonald's is subpar until they prove otherwise but go see for yourself maybe I'm lying I saw challenge you go see for yourself I can tell you most of the people that were in there just looking at their stuff and shaking their head now you had a few you know Amigos seem to be getting extra food on their plane and chewing it down as fast as they could so you go judge for yourself depending on...
