Decent food and decent service. What threw me off was the attitude of the older boss boy after I told him he took away the 2/3rd full appetizers too early, because that's all I order to eat, but he cleared the table to serve other guests food. And I was very bummed out. He offered no apology or replacements of two appetizers that were hardly touched Things like that leaves a bad impression and they need to train their staff better Hence my 3 star rating instead of 4 Because the food was not bad. But the Tiramisu was over rated and not that great. The pizza looked good at first but became chewy after a few minutes The pasta dishes looked good generous but none of the guests finished and in fact one hardly ate his, I didn't ask why...but I assume it was not that great... But I was enjoying my Calamari and the mozzarella served on Tomatoes with their wonderful bread till it was taken away without warning Overall we gathered for A graduation party of 12 people and despite other reviews about the service, we ended up with a great server. Which made up for everything else that could be improved.

Beautiful restaurant, disappointing food at Toscanova last week. My appetizer included a warm seafood salad with muscles, shrimp, octopus and scallop. It was not good at all. The seafood was severely overcooked to the point that it was like rubber. Not only was it not cooked well, it tasted like nothing. No flavor, no seasoning. It was bad. For an appetizer I also had the black truffle risotto which was undercooked. Flavor wise, you can't go wrong with truffle, so at least it tasted good even though it was al dente. Entrée were the veal chop and lamb chop. Those had to be some of the smallest lamb chops I've ever gotten. The meat portion was about the size of a quarter. Not only was the serving tiny, they were charred on the backside as well. The broccolini that came with them was so overcooked it had the texture of boiled spinach and the potatoes were dry. The veal chop flavor was good, and the mushroom sauce a very nice compliment to the meat, however I asked for my meat to be cooked to medium rare and it was medium. Service was slow and the food was not $225 worth.

I had the most amazing craving I’ve fettuccine Alfredo… Chicken, fettuccine Alfredo and I did not regret coming here. The hostess was extremely cool and very helpful as I needed to be guided here because I got lost lol she was so cool she stayed on the phone with me for about five minutes and helped me find my way here, and I was so grateful.! The bread, the appetizer bread I should say order the butter it is absolutely delicious! Get two types. I enjoyed the soft bread, but when I got my chicken fettuccine Alfredo? I was immediately in heaven I love the size of the noodles, and I comped it with a glass of lemonade I found the service to be exceptionally friendly. I was very grateful I love the atmosphere, and I can’t say enough good things about my waiter. If you want an elegant experience that ironically is in the middle of one of the biggest outdoor malls in Los Angeles, then find your way here! I had a cappuccino that I mixed with sweet sugar and it was the perfect finish the lovely evening I would’ve eaten so much bread I would’ve ordered dessert lol

If I could give this place -1 star's I would. I've never felt so embarrassed, ashamed, or discriminated against in a restaurant. The manager was very rude, racist, and disrespectful because I sent my order back twice. The first order had no seasoning or flavor so I asked the waiter, "is this the flavoring of the food?" "No salt or seasoning added" and his reply was yes and offered to bring me some salt. I politely declined. Afterwards, the manager comes over and offers to make me another dish which I simply told him no it's okay several times. But he kept assisting. I eventually gave in. The next dish was too salty now I'm thinking, are they trying to give me high blood pressure? So I sent that dish back and the manager became furious and started yelling at me in front of everyone. People were looking which was so embarrassing he told me to never come back into his restaurant. How do you as a manager speak to a customer in that tone of rudeness and prejudices? What type of company would hire someone who is so disrespectful towards a customer even when they're trying to explain themselves. He told me not talk to him and he was also rude to my friend. I will be contacting...
