Update..... Same poor management same poor employees same poor service... OWNER READ some of the feedbacks. Culture of this establishment is set by you and you need to be doing something else other than service industry as you clearly don't understand about service!!

Sadly 1 star is minimum. -10 stars would be more appropriate to rate this location. Issues after issues with orders and incidents are more understandable as this location is busy and it’s fast food, so human error are likely. I’ve had multiple incidents with with orders being incorrect through this location. It does not matter if you order inside, drive-thru or via the app. There’s always issue with missing items and I’m not talking about sauces or may be the wrong kids meal toy. I’m talking about hamburgers, fries, pies, drinks completely missing from the order. My past experience with the manager on duty was reasonable and I was able to get the missing item as promised by the manager during my next visit. Not this time!!!!!! Mr. Gabriel was the manager on duty and refused to honor what his counter-part had promised. I’ve provided receipt and the kid brought me the food had the same exact attitude as Gabriel. “Your issue was 8 days ago!!” as he walked away while I was still talking to him. That’s what I’d expect from a reckless ignorant. Likely this kind of poor attitude is the normal culture at this location and comes from the owner, to any manager and to any employees that can stand to work there. I recently had the opportunity to dine at McDonald's located at 10350 Reseda Blvd, and I must say that I was quite impressed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which immediately caught my attention. It is always reassuring to visit a hygienic establishment.

One thing that stood out to me was the interesting interior design of the restaurant. With its modern and stylish décor, McDonald's went beyond the typical fast food restaurant ambiance. It created a comfortable and inviting space for customers to enjoy their meals. The choice of furniture, color scheme, and overall layout all contributed to a pleasant dining experience.

This McDonald’s has inconsistent service. You don’t get your entire order on many occasions or just don’t get your order correct. For example The manager couldn’t, in a friendly, timely or fair manner, correct a 4 piece chicken McNuggets order. The customer service is abysmal overall. The communication is poor. Prices for quality of food is not worth eating here. McDonald’s used to at minimum be a value. The only one okay thing here is if I asked to make food “fresh made to order” I do get fresh to order food but I have to ask each time if it was communicated & on the receipt & of course you have to pull over & wait which is overall understandable however the wait time is 20 minutes plus. I suppose since McDonald’s is high volume assembly line like turnover it’s very distracting & disturbing to the staff to ask things like “make fresh to order” but if you don’t ask you are likely to get chicken nuggets that’s been sitting out for up to 2 or more hours under a heat lamp. (You have to ask for your entire order be made fresh) Twice at this location, but also at other locations, have gotten chicken nuggets that tastes old & gamey which is interesting considering the nuggets are made mostly of some chemical soup water than actual chicken. Also the fries never seem to be fresh here. The fries are often inedible IMO. Overall I don’t recommend McDonald’s here or anywhere.
