Spudnuts Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

When I was a kid there was a spudnuts donuts shop right down the street. Every time my mom said we were going to go there I would go out of my freaking mind with happiness. I went up to Northern California for a couple of years and when I came back that but that's was gone and it broke my heart. So you can imagine my sheer Joy when I randomly found a spudnuts. I almost did a happy dance I was so happy LOL 😆😆. But seriously, these donuts are by far the absolute best I've ever had in my life. They put things like Krispy Kreme and dunkin' donuts to shame. In a race to donut greatness all other donut shops are left in the dust. I can't say enough good things about this amazing donut shop. The quality of the donuts is beyond compare. I’ve made this donut shop my go to place to buy donuts but this will be the last time I shop here. I paid for 3 sandwich’s & specifically said no Avocado on one of the sandwiches & the other two to leave them as is remind you everything turned out to be $26 dollars (2 dozen donut holes & 1 old fashioned dry). I didn’t bother checking because I trusted them. I come home & sure enough there’s a sandwich on here that has egg & cheese only no Avocado (which was my girls) we were very disappointed. I tried calling the place to get some sort of compensation but the big guy was very rude & unprofessional I can tell he didn’t care at all The whole experience was disappointing to say the least. Deplorable customer service!

I walked in and viewed the donuts they had. Without the lady behind the counter saying anything to me, I made eye contact with her and advised the first of a dozen donuts I was planning to get. She put it in an individual bag. Okay. I moved on to the next donut, which she puts in a different individual bag. And then, the employee had the audacity to grab the two bags, walk to the register and ask me if there is anything else I want. WHAT???

Yes, there were 10 more donuts I wanted to get! What in the world gave this employee to assume I was only going to get two donuts and to limit me?
