Came here very excited for sushi (hadn't had any for months) Ordered a few rolls: Hawaiian, hurricane and eel. They had menus that you scan and look at on your phone but the problem is there's almost no pricing, which is annoying. It took over 30min to get our food (it was busy, but still a long time) and when we did it was disappointing. Staff was very attentive and the food was fresh and prepared well so nothing wrong like that but if you're looking for the fresh traditional sushi flavors, this isn't the place to go. It's more of a fushion of sushi and Mexican food flavors. I love both, just not together and when I'm craving 'traditional' sushi.

Sushi is decent to be honest. I waited 45 minutes for the food to get to my table it wasn't too busy ;They heavily prioritize to-go orders. I had to request they clean the table after arriving which is a no no. It feels like everything is extra charge the soup was so bland I don't recommend it. The communication was non-existent I would ask how much time and all they would say is "it's up to the kitchen" and walk away. I recommend a Japanese sushi place for better tasting fish for the price because $15 a roll yikes.

I heard great things about this place. But this place sucks. First, they said the food would be ready in 45 minutes. I got there in 45 minutes and it was not ready. They said 5 more minutes bit 5 turned into 15. Customer service was horrible, there was no apology for the delay. Then the host was rude when handed me the food. Second, enjoying the food when my wife found a hair wrap in her roll. The ruin the whole experience.

Came here for the first time tonight with a friend not knowing the previous sushi business was gone. We figured we would try it since we were already there. Honestly the second we walked in we should've left. The music was uncomfortably loud... Like you can't even hear the person sitting right in front of you loud. Everyone in the restaurant is yelling because you have to if you want to hear anything.

The sushi was okay. It wasn't horrible, but definitely not the best either. The rolls are big, but mostly because there's a lot of rice. The rolls also fell apart pretty easily.

We didn't have any issues with the service. The waiters and waitresses were attentive. The sushi chefs did interact a lot with a particular group sitting at the bar (maybe they were friends?) but our food came out within a reasonable amount of time.

Heres the kicker. They charge you a 4% fee for using your credit or debit card (for each transaction)... Splitting the bill on 2 cards... 2 transaction fees. They don't have it posted anywhere nor do they tell you that prior to ordering. In the grand scheme of things, the $2.63 I was going to get charged extra isn't a huge deal, but the fact that they don't tell you until you get the bill is the ridiculous part. If you don't want to eat the the credit card fees as a business, adjust your prices accordingly. Don't stick it to your customers on every transaction so nonchalantly.

We won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend...

I stopped by to order food to go. The mariachi and Mexican music on the speakers was so loud, I could not even hear the hostess who was one foot away from me. Also, televisions lined the walls with sports stations playing. It was all so loud that the patrons were trying to yell over it all. The noise was deafening! I had to stand outside (110 degrees) to wait for my order - couldn't stand the noise. I was told my order would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. It wasn't ready for 30 minutes (I ordered one roll -- if I had known it would take 30 minutes, I wouldn't have placed the order.) Someone else had placed a to-go order and hers took 40 minutes. Then I was told that they charge 4% if you want to use your credit card. 4%??? Luckily, I had just enough cash on me. The rolls are NOT inexpensive. My roll was fine...But would never want to go there for a nice date where I'd like to talk to someone! Oh, and this was 4:30 in the afternoon! No happy hour that I know of -- didn't see any sign or menu saying it was. Guess they're doing something right because they were getting clientele. But I like a sushi dinner that "makes everything right"-- not makes me hoarse...

Very friendly service although I'm very disappointed service was extremely slow. I waited almost 15 minutes for my desert and I know this place just recently opened however they need to learn to work faster. We got in pretty early there was only 1 person here and so far I see them prepare the food slowly, compared to the Xeviches in San Fernando who btw i recommend 100% they are very quick, and prepare your food very nicely. If you come in and are in a rush maybe try something else overall I had a good experience here other than waiting a very long time for my food. The gentlemen here where taking there sweet time preparing the food, and the man charging us well this must be his first job or something becuase he was working extremely slow aswell, I'm sorry but I will not be coming here again due to the snail...
