McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place sucks balls. There’s some weird school shooter looking security guard dude creeping around every corner I and the kids working here are complete retards. Well you could argue that this is what I should expect at a McDonald’s on Vermont and MLK but I asked for session 1 sauce like five times and when I got to the window to get my food this chick practically tosses my bag to me. The guy told me twice to ask them for the sauce so I looked in the bag and found a ranch sauce. I asked her politely if they had the session 1 sauce anymore knowing that it may be a limited time offer and she quickly produce two of the sauce. Super confusing. Nobody knew what was going on. The weird security guy with the gun creeping around the corners and jumping up onto the handrail to take a quick peep at the cars in the driveway before walking back into the store. I had not visited McDonald's for a while. I had experienced problems with this one in particular, on King near Vermont, in the past. Been for breakfast and messed up my order. Missing items wrong order poor service and slow. This time the cashier knew what he was doing was super attentive and offered suggestions to save me money by ordering differently. I was very grateful. Then i got something wrong but it was my mistake and the Manager, Mike immediately offered to fix it. Then I sat to eat with my daughter and noticed a young man, Jose, cleaning the tables wiping down counters and sweeping. I called him over told him i thought they were on top of everything today. He went to tell the manager and a little bit later manager sent over some cookies for my daughter. To say thank you. It was so different from past experiences. Will definitely...

I always have a good experience at the drive thru at this location. This morning i decided to take my family for breakfast inside. It was the worst I could have thought for. It took a while to order once we put in our order, it took FOREVER to have our food served, 30 min. No joke... When the girl that served our food had no customer service whatsoever she had an aweful attitude and instead of greeting us or just making eye contact with any of us and simply saying "enjoy".. Or we apologize for the delay she slams the tray to the table and turns away with such an ugly way that made me feel soo bad. I really dont like the idea of you guys serving food to the table. It takes too long or just make sure management sends the right people to the floor with the correct customer service...
