IF you want a Hot, place to eat...This Bob Sanchez McDonald's is the place to be.

IT is always HOT, in this store...before the remodeling, and after the remodeling. HOT! The Owner Bob Sanchez should pry open his wallet and invest into a New Cooling System that can evenly cool this Hot McDonald's Store. The other thing Mr. Sanchez should truly do..is hire Security...To get rid of the constant panhandlers, that venture in everyday..with their hands out asking the same ol folks they asked the day before..for Money! The Same Ones. Mr. Bob Sanchez should also...Retrain the hired Help. IT seems NO ONE and I mean Management, to Shift Supervisors, and Hired Cashier Help...Are on the same page. One day...Yes you can have 1 dollar Soda..Next Day...Jennifer says..We are not doing that and Liz another shift manager..who said we are not participating into that special and others agreed with her...I ask the District Manager the next day and showed the Special of 1 dollar Sign on that building on Soto....HE said they were wrong. Come on Folks ...get your big macs in order. This McDonald's is a mess. Old ice cream Machines that are older than Planet Earth's Dirt. The Owner Bob Cheap O Sanchez..should INVEST into new equipment to help this process...and oh yeah..get this...After The Remodeling of this McDonald's Prices went up...Thanks to Bob...

I pretty much live next to this place, 3 blocks, you have to go inside to order food elses you will regret it because they do what they want. I do not blame the employes but the manager since they are responsible for the performance we deserve and that comes from them. But regardless, I have complaint and had to go back couple of times because something was missing or gave something I did not ask. They always screw up. So, this place is like spices, use exrremely sparenly when you do not have a ood day, want to eat in peace or are looking at choices. Anyway, find out for yourself at your own peril.

Today, 8/16/2021, again O went there against my free will because my family wanted McDonalds and usually they screw up and today was no different. Always, always check your order is my motto here but now, check they put all the stuff into the food like THE MEAT. Jesus christ. Come on!!!!!! Get it right. I do not know how this place stays afloat. Does the one on the left looks like a you know what macgridle and the left looks like , HEEEEEEEY WHERE IS THE MEAT!!!!!!!. I am not going back for the meat. I rather give you a bad review and lets...

Somehow this McDonald's always manages to mess up someone's order when I order for my household. This time around we asked for no onions on the quarter pounder with cheese combo. Not only did they leave them in but they removed the cheese and on top of the that the beef patty had hard burnt shavings of what seemed like burnt meat. It was gross to say the least. I also want to add that this location is well known to be EXTREMELY Stingy with sauces of any kind. I have had employees count them in front of my face and even tell me I'm only allowed 4 BBQ sauces for the 4 (10pc) chicken nuggets combos I got. We all know that 4 sauces are not enough for 40 chicken nuggets. Keep in mind that these nuggets are for different people in my family. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would rather drive to the McDonald's near ELAC for a better customer service experience. Don't waste your time at this location!Also, the fries they gave us were almost half filled! They were supposed to be large not filled to...
