I didn't want to but I feel it necessary to finally rate and review this Mc.Donalds as it is one of the worst mainly the customer service honestly the electronic ordering is more efficient and faster than actually ordering from the register with an actual employee, this isn't the first time I've been subjected to the lack of service here and I've witnessed other patrons frustrations when trying to place their order as well especially when your standing right at the register and you have been there and little miss worker will say is named IDGAF walks by pretending not to see u as she gets her personall milkshake or whatever walks right back on by still not acknowledging the line or doing he job then goes gossips or w/e causing the other employees to be distracted from doing their job properly and finally after shes done talking about how fly and hot she is comes over with attitude to finally take your order acting brand new to the system and the kicker after all that waiting and watching a mess of an operation somehow she still managed to get the order wrong. I mean someone get bon qui qui from king burger up in their to take orders... Security btw the 2 stars are for the employees that were busting their behinds picking up the slack on the ones who don't give 2cebts but are there taking up space and stealing our 2cents so they can waste it on bad hair dye jobs and the wrong color...

I find it hard to believe that an American icon company like this would allow this apathetic grouping of mortally bankrupt untrained uncaring unwilling individuals represent this company. The front counter person taking orders couldn't be bothered to answer a simple question regarding my order. she treated me like i was ignorant. I tried several times to explain the question thinking maybe she's new. . then she started repeating the same answer in an increasingly louder voice ignoring anything I said. I asked her, Are you serious? is this how you treat all customers? she replied I don't care.. I looked up there were 2 managers standing less than 3 feet away neither of them moved an inch nor said a word. bewildered, I asked Do you hate your ijob? and she's told me I could care less about this job, I'm going to college... she told her manager, who was listening in, here, someone else do this, I'm not dealing with it and walked away. I was in total shock. The manager took over and apologized. I seriously felt that I couldn't eat the food out of fear that they may have done something to it. another customer told me they are very racist here. I hope someone who can do somthing will read this my order number was 408 on 12/ 15 2017 the person I question is named Sidel Ks#4...
Read moreWe went thru the drive thru at 11:53 placed our order and waited 15/20 mins got our food and came home. About a 2min drive. The food was cold. The cheeae in my burger.. I pulled out. Was not even near melted. Mu patties were cold. Our fries were stiff and cold. Our nuggets... Cold cold cold. Like fridge cold. I called and asked for a manager i explained she then started speaking spanish to someone else who then took my call. I spoke to that women also. She took ZERO responsibility and I told her it was a health hazard. She had NO regard what so ever about it. And said that my orser was placed 30 minutes ago. Yes ma'am it was. It took nearly 20 minutes to get it -- look at the cameras. And then a few to get home and open our food. This food had been sitting out for a while. Instead of owning up to a mistake she blamed me for their lack of attention to their food process making. I am appalled and baffled as rhis isnt the first time this has happened at this mcdonalds.
